If Shamblers hooked you with the initial viral chaos and blood-type mutations that turned the dead into something far worse than your average shambler, then Apex Rising is the brutal second act that kicks the apocalypse into overdrive.
M.A. Lay doesn’t waste a single page. The survivors you rooted for in Book One are back, but the world has grown darker, heavier, and way more unforgiving. Safe zones aren’t safe. I was on the edge of my seat (literally) while reading what happened next! Our survival gang is dwindling, our villains are getting more bold in their approach, and the stakes couldn’t be higher! Eagerly awaiting the next book!!!

amazing read
as with all his books are read, it earned every bit of the five star rating the way he can capture emotion and connect you to his characters is amazing. Whether you won’t just zombies or if you wanna vote for somebody or you wanna get your emotions tangled with he’s one of those authors that can do it. Very highly recommend recommended.
