Are you facing a spiritual battle that seems too big to win? A sense of hopelessness or defeat that you can’t seem to beat? Satan knows he can block your effectiveness as a Christian if he can deceive you into believing you are nothing but a product of your past, subject to sin, prone to failure, controlled by your habits. Winning Spiritual Warfare provides a practical, step-by-step guide to overcoming the strategies of the devil. In clear, easy-to-understand terms, author Neil Anderson shows you what you can do to experience the full victory and freedom that Christ purchased for you on the cross.
NEIL T. ANDERSON is founder and president of Freedom in Christ Ministries. He was formerly the chairman of the Practical Theology Department at Talbot School of Theology. I love that it has practical steps through out the book to beat spiritual warfare! I loved the exercises and prayer outlines taking the guess work out and giving people the tools they need. His book was not weird at all, he kept things simple with lots of biblical references.
This is a really good book on how to win at spiritual warfare, just like the title. It has a step-by-step approaching to renounce the lies, demonic activities, curses, etc. in it by praying the Word of God, speaking Truth.
It's a very short book at 46 pages, but very powerful. I found that there were some things I did that were considered as witchcraft, which was freaky because I'm anti-stuff like that.
Very eye-opening.
A must for any Bible-believing, practicing Christian who wants greater intimacy with God and victory in his/her life.
At the end of the book there is a "workbook" section to help you rid of whatever you believe is holding you away from Christ.
Some of the steps might feel odd or out of your comfort zone - especially for those who are more conservative. But there is great healing to be found in taking a leap of faith and diving in.
