An easy four stars. An accessible and not at all preachy way of building mindfulness and grounding skills, along with encouragement to practice reflection and gratitude. I particularly liked the clear focus on having compassion for and trust in yourself.
I didn't go through it day-by-day as I was mostly looking for some fresh ideas for a group I facilitate. One that worked particularly well was The Weight of the Body. Many of us juggle so many fears and frustrations and pressures; what a relief to put them down for a few moments and just let the chair hold us up.
