Content was redundant and did not feel like it added much to the conversation, but I do enjoy the conversation and was a strong reminder for eating plant based or at least incorporating more plant based meals in a diet.

Didn’t tell me much I didn’t already know, but sometimes you need to be reminded of what proper eating should look like!

Got this book from Waterstones slightly before the publication date it seems, lucky me.
Dr Desmond goes into a lot of detail about nutrition and what the research says about food and what to eat to maximise your health span.
