My dream was to be a midwife. To escape the life I once had, go to school, and help those who need it. But in order to do that, a girl needs money.
Which is precisely why I got a job at Sins—a Las Vegas sex club—as a dominatrix.
Everything was going to plan. I was having the time of my life at Sins. I was making the money I needed. I was chasing my dreams. It was all smooth sailing…
Until my best friend’s parents walked into my room.
They had no idea it was me. And as much as I knew I should have turned around and pretended they didn’t exist, I just… couldn’t.
The three of us spent one hot, incredible, wild night together, all under the assumption that I was a woman they’d never see again. And they didn’t…until two years later, when I moved back to Colorado Springs and got a job at a new hospital… with her.
She still had no idea it was me… until the day she recognized my tattoo.
And that night from our past, quickly became part of our present.

So grateful for receiving the ARC of this novella! Ooh, this was a scorcher of a story. I am still fanning myself. I related a lot to the one FMC, Audrey. Talk about feeling seen. Thank you for that, Tilly!!! Overall, really enjoyed this.
Married couple ✔️ Empty nesters ✔️ Wifey is ready to explore her ‘bi-side’ ✔️ Kink exploration ✔️ Age gap ✔️ Forbidden-ish? ✔️
165 pages of juicy goodness to take your mind off the dumpster fire that is reality *chef’s kiss*
I have been slowly making my way through Tilly’s catalogue and I am having a blast over here 😂
I love how these characters were unapologetically them. Of course, they had concerns about society’s reaction to their new lifestyle but that didn’t stop them.
This is a novella though so if you’re looking for something slow-burning and angsty this is not for you. I however don’t mind jumping in right away so this is right up my alley 🤭
Thank you Tilly & Luna Literary for the ARC Ooooo and the bonus epilogue? 🥵
First of all, the way this book handled Audrey’s journey with her queerness while still being happily married felt so genuine and refreshing to read. I really connected with that part of the story, and seeing Boden love and support her through it instead of making it complicated honestly made me emotional.
Now Stevie?? That woman was UNREAL. Every time she showed up on page I knew I was about to lose my mind a little. Tilly really said “here’s the hottest woman imaginable” and expected me to act normal about it.
The chemistry between all three characters was insane too. Nobody overshadowed anyone and the relationship dynamics constantly kept things interesting. It never felt repetitive and the emotional connection between them made the spicy scenes hit even harder.
AND THE SPICE??? Absolutely feral behavior. This novella was so much hotter than it had any right being. I devoured this in one sitting and immediately wanted to reread certain scenes because WOW.
Huge thank you to Tilly and Luna Literary Management for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Twisted Devotion was messy, taboo, emotionally chaotic, and impossible to stop reading. The setup alone immediately pulls you in, but what really made the story work for me was the emotional tension underneath all the heat and forbidden dynamics. The chemistry between the three main characters is intense from the start, but it’s the lingering attraction, secrecy, guilt, and unresolved emotions that keep the story addictive. The time jump between their first encounter and reunion adds so much extra tension because now they’re forced to confront feelings and desires they thought were left behind years ago. I also appreciated that the emotional connection never got lost beneath the spice. There’s vulnerability, longing, and genuine attachment woven throughout the story, which makes the relationships feel more layered than purely physical attraction. The forbidden nature of the romance constantly raises the emotional stakes, especially once personal and professional lives start colliding. This definitely leans fully into taboo romance and emotionally messy dynamics, so it won’t work for everyone, but if you enjoy forbidden relationships, emotional chaos, and high tension with strong chemistry, this absolutely delivers. Dramatic, spicy, addictive, and packed with forbidden longing from start to finish.

Wooooo i think i’m still sizzling from all of the spice I just endured. This was such a quick fun read, while it was definitely more spice heavy then plot focused, as a smut lover I was still sat for every moment
I loved Stevie’s character, she was such a carefree soul (except when it comes to others’ feelings of course) And I just wanted to give a little shoutout to Bo, what an accepting, inclusive king, I loved how he heard out his wife, Audrey when she opened up to him. It was so refreshing and i think Tilly did such a good job writing about navigating bi-curious thoughts!
That being said, check your TWs! This is a rollercoaster of a book, so just make sure you read what I like to call, the book menu🤭
Thank you so much Tilly Ridge and Luna Literary for the ARC opportunity!
* FFM * daughter’s best friend * age gap * domination and submission and many other delish kinks * pansexual rep
There’s simply not enough FFM books out there and definitely not enough specifically pansexual rep and this was such a good representation of both of those things. Fast-paced, plenty of spice with the plot secondary in terms of content but not in terms of heart.
I really enjoyed witnessing the evolution in Stevie’s relationship with Audrey and Boden. And Stevie’s character is fantastic - she’s completely unafraid to be herself, so authentic, and embraces her sexuality and her vulnerabilities whole heartedly.
Thanks so much to the author and Luna Literary for the eARC. All opinions are my own.
This is a book for the taboo 😈 mostly smut not a ton of plot but a quick read which is nice! Will also be an interconnected series; the second book will follow a different couple of people.
Married couple goes to Vegas to dabble in a sex club with a dominatrix (who turns out to be their daughter’s bestie from high school). She’s well into her nursing/midwife career but loves to dom people on the side to pay the bills. Complications!! because she realizes who they are but they wont see her face behind the mask. Check the trigger warnings for some heavy topics and a laundry list of kinks.
2.75 stars. Boden surprises his wife Audrey for their 20th anniversary by booking them a session with a domme so that Audrey can explore her bisexual side. The domme is none other than their daughter's childhood best friend but as she wears a mask, only she knows.
Fast forward 2 years and they have reunited as Audrey & Stevie now work together and after seeing the tattoos on Stevie, Audrey realised who she is...
This one was ok - it didn't hit as hard for me and I felt the connection was very fast paced and a little rushed but it was a good time
If you are looking for a book with a lot of plot and no spice, this couldn’t be further away from that. The spice is this book is so top tier!! Tilly Ridge absolutely knows what she’s doing with the spice.
Audrey and Boden have been married for decades and are finally empty nesters. Boden brings Audrey to Vegas and surprises her with a night that she won’t forget to allow her to explore her bi-sexual side.
After one amazing night together with their Domme, they never forget her. And they never expect to see her again. Until Audrey walks in to Stevie, her daughter’s best friend and new co-worker, changing at work and she realizes that she is their Domme.
Things get hot hot hot!! Bring that fan to cool yourself down. I can’t explain to you how much I flipping loved this one!!
I was looking for a spicy book when I picked this up so I can’t hate on the amount of spice in it… I just wish there was much MORE development on the romance side of things. I wish we had more time to see feelings grow because for me it seems like the throuple isn’t fully whole because Stevie clearly is more affectionate to Audrey than she is Bo and Bo even at the end seems like he was just in the throuple because of his love for his wife Audrey… I wanted their “love” to become more balanced but i guess it was too short for that.
Its overall not a bad book but should be marketed more as a spicy fun time.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
This is why I am so glad I came across Tilly randomly one day. So far, her writing hasn’t disappointed me and by this point, I never expect to be disappointed. Because Tilly has done it once again, giving us a romance with storyline for a novella! And in this one, this throuple is more than just sexy, they are daringly adorable!
Without giving too many spoilers, the story is about Audrey and Bo, a happily married couple who go to Vegas for a wedding anniversary. And during that trip, it turned out Bo booked a private session at an exclusive adult club where finally, Audrey can experience her desires being with a woman. They got married young and Audrey found out years later that she was bisexual (shout out to all my bi folks!) but was never able to explore. Not because of Bo, nah Bo loves his women to death and would do anything to make her happy. And that’s exactly what he did by getting this session. Yet turns out that the Domme they would be having fun with is none other than their daughter’s high school friend, Stevie! But they don’t know it’s Stevie because her face is covered and it’s been years since they last saw her. But Stevie knows it’s them, and instead of running off, she goes through with it.
Now, again, don’t want to spoil this as much, but after that night, they don’t see each other again until two years later, back in their home town. Stevie and Audrey are midwives and that’s how they reconnect, by working in the same hospital. And I like how Tilly makes it clear at the start of the book that she does her best to make sure she includes accurate information out of respect for midwives, which I applaud because Tilly did her research. It’s nice to see medical workers like nurses and midwives getting the recognition they deserve. Not against doctors! They are important, but as someone who has been in the hospital constantly for my mother’s health, I truly appreciate what the medical staff do for patients. So I definitely imagine midwives are just as dedicated if not more since they are helping to bring lives into this world while making sure the mother is safe and sound.
The smut is caliente, I mean, no details but what Stevie does to Audrey in the sleep room while on break, ooof I was nibbling on my lip for that! Stevie and Audrey are so hot together, but Bo is my favorite because the entire time, Tilly wrote this man to be a perfect dream! And when the girls include him into it all, ooof again so hot! It’s like the dynamic between all three of them works. The main star here is Audrey, while Stevie and Bo give her all their attention and love. And yes, things do get a bit emotional by the end but trust me, with Tilly’s works, the emotion isn’t for long.
Again, I love Tilly’s writing. I enjoy how all her works have three or more partners, always give a story to the smut, and if that’s what you enjoy, then definitely check this one and all her other works out.

Well, it wasn't quite what I expected, but it was a really good, quick read.
Honestly, I had very high expectations for this book, I won't deny it, but I think what I ended up getting wasn't bad at all. I don't know how to explain it, but I actually ended up really enjoying it! 🤭
I absolutely loved Boden (can I get a man like him, please? 🙏🏻) and the dynamic between the three of them... ugh, so good! 🔥🔥🔥 I liked Audrey, but I feel like her character needed just a smidge more development for me to love her 100%. On the other hand, I connected much more with Stevie, I really liked how his place in the relationship ultimately fell into line.
I feel like it was a good story, but it lacked a bit of depth to fully meet my expectations. The pacing is super fast, which means everything happens all at once sometimes, but they still do a great job of tying it all together.
If you are looking for a quick, spice filled novella, this baby is for you! Is there plot? A little bit. Is spice prevalent in this novella? Absolutely.
The plot I saw went beyond sex. What I read was a woman finally being able to explore her sexuality (she is bi) without fear for her marriage. She was able to experience something she never thought she could and add a new person to their lives/marriage to love and cherish. You also get glimpses of the worries and scrutiny that people face when they don’t follow “societal norms”. The world can be so ugly, so to see this throuple overcome their fears of what the world may think was beautiful.
When it comes to the characters, I loved all three of them. Audrey was very sweet and open to new experiences. I am so glad that her husband was able to provide her a safe space to explore her sexuality without fear of him leaving. Which brings me to say that Boden was also very sweet, understanding, and adoring. That man is truly obsessed with his wife and would do anything to see her happy. It was just a bonus that adding Stevie to their marriage made him happy as well. And lastly, for Stevie, I was happy to see her overcome her fears of being with them. I also admire her intelligence and drive within the field of midwifery.
Now, while there was a small plot and more depth than just sex, there were a lot of fun and spicy scenes throughout the novella. All the scenes involved all three characters, however, they did defer on who was actively participating and who was enjoying the show, so to speak. All of it was deliciously well done.
Overall, I really enjoyed the novella. It was a quick and fun read. I have never read something with this dynamic of an older couple and younger partner before, so this was the perfect story to introduce me to this type of relationship. I recommend the read if the triggers do not worry.
Twisted Devotion is a scorching hot FFM romance novella featuring a married couple and their daughter’s best friend. If you’re into kink and enjoy a touch of the taboo, this story is for you! Make sure you check the content warnings as the list is extensive.
Boden and Audrey have been married for 20 years and are extremely devoted to each other. Audrey is a later in life bisexual and Boden is a super supportive golden retriever spouse. He wants Audrey to be able to explore her attraction to women but Audrey is hesitant to get involved with anyone in their small town. Boden decides to surprise Audrey on their Las Vegas anniversary trip with a visit to a sex club. What neither of them realize is the Domme they are scheduled to see is their daughter’s best friend Stevie. When Stevie appears she is wearing a mask, so while she recognizes the couple, they don’t know who she is. At first Stevie hesitates and debates seeing the couple but she’s always found them hot and decides to go forward with the scene.
I loved the dynamics of all three characters and how we get to read the book from each of their perspectives. Boden and Audrey are such a sweet couple that really cares for each other and their love is deep and unshakable. When they eventually realize (years later) that Stevie was the Domme from their sex club visit they are a little shocked but handle it with grace. When Stevie moves back to their small town, and the three of them decide to pursue a throuple relationship, it felt believable and I knew it would work out for them. My only complaint is I wish it was longer!
If you’re looking for a quick spicy read with plenty of kink (I was so excited for the somnophilia!) and a bit of the taboo then run to this book like I did. Tilly Ridge never disappoints.
First of all thank you to @tillyridgeauthor & @lunaliterary.management for the ARC I absolutely devoured it and as always was obsessed.

Twisted Devotion is a delicious FFM Novella that will leave you wishing you had a full length of these three.
Boden, Audrey and Stevie have a torrid night together at Sins, a sex club in Vegas, where Stevie is their dominatrix and Boden and Audrey are the married couple she is servicing for the evening. It’s Audrey’s first time experiencing a woman as she recently came out to her husband (Boden) as bisexual. As soon as Boden and Audrey walk in the room, Stevie recognizes them as her best friend from high school’s parents, but after the initial shock, that doesn’t stop her, and they have an incredibly hot night together.
Flash forward two years, and Stevie is working as a midwife, and just so happens to move back to her home town. After getting a job at the hospital there, she learns that Audrey is one of the labor and delivery nurses she’ll be working with… and they can’t resist each other.
Y’all. Tilly Ridge does NOT come to play. I love this woman. Her why choose is done so well and so deliciously, it has me sweating every single time. From the art on the cover, to the characters, to the bite size size of this novella, it was all done exceptionally well.
Tilly knows her smut, and my GOD this book was hotter than hell. It was so incredibly sexy, but you could also see how much they cared for each other. I also really love that Tilly explored a married couple adding a third to their relationship, and I enjoyed the age gap aspect a lot too. I was salivating for all three of the main characters and would have read a full length of them in a damn heartbeat. I cannot wait to read the next one in this series, and I’ll be thinking about these three for a long time.

✨️ 📚 ARC 📖 REVIEW ✨️
Audrey and Boden go to a Sex Club in Vegas to explore Audrey's needs and wants of having a female partner. It was less than 5 secs in after Stevie starts their scene and Audrey was DONE FOR!
They had such an amazing dynamic while they were playing. It felt like they were meant to be! There were things that Stevie usually wouldn't do with a normal couple but she explored with Audrey and Boden. She felt things that she had never before. It was a wakeup call as to how she felt with this couple specifically.
Can I just say that Boden deserves a MAJOR AWARD for how open he was with everything but also encouraging of what Audrey needed! He was also very much involved in their dynamic. It wasn't solely Audrey and Stevie. He participated in every scene with them, and I love that he is included in participation. He wasn't just a cuck there to watch.
I loved the relationship between Boden and Audrey. They were both very committed to exploring without jealousy being a fourth player. When Stevie is in the picture more, they have a great dynamic that shows they truly do care about each other.
Audrey and Boden are the parents of Stevie's Best Friend in high school. You would think that there would be an awkward time with all three since they have known each other in a different dynamic such as Stevie was always at their house growing up. But they meshed so well, even though they hadn't told their daughter anything yet.
I don't think I have read a spicier throuple book like this! It's a book that you need your partner, your B.O.B., but definitely a fan set to cool you down. Because this book is SUPER HOT! I didn't think this book could get as hot as it did, but boy was it worth it!!

FFM AND kid’s best friend??? To say I was chomping at the bit to read this is truly an understatement. I LOVED IT!!
I loved that so much of the focus was on Stevie & Audrey, but it did kinda make Boden feel like a third wheel at times 🫤 But Boden is also the most golden retriever of all golden retrievers he absolutely would be happy to be a third wheel 😂
Make sure to download the bonus epilogue too! It’s worth it!

Bo surprises Audrey with a visit to Sins, a Las Vegas sex club, something she’s wanted to do since they got married. They’ve been together for 20 years, they’re empty nesters now, and their daughter Danielle is off at college. A couple of years ago, Audrey told Bo she was attracted to women, and he has been nothing but supportive. He wants her to have the space to explore that part of herself, and he way he handles it was one of my favourite parts. But then one night at the club changes everything, because the dominatrix Bo booked for them turns out to be Stevie… their daughter’s best friend. The dynamic between Audrey, Bo and Stevie was electric. There was so much tension, but also a lot of care in the way it was written. I really loved the love between Audrey and Bo, especially how much Bo supports her choices and her sexuality. Not only does he accept it, he genuinely takes pleasure in seeing her happy and giving her what she needs.
Watching Audrey find that pleasure and freedom, without it ever taking away from the love and connection she had with Bo, was written so beautifully.
It was such a refreshing take on a marriage going through a big life shift, especially one that could be really difficult for a lot of couples to navigate.
Also, make sure to check out the bonus epilogue you can download at the end of the book, because oof!🔥

Thank you to @tillyridge and @lunaliterary for the ARC copy, I greatly appreciate it!
Twisted Devotion is the first book in the Springs After Dark series. Before starting this novella, I definitely recommend checking the trigger warnings, as there are quite a few heavy topics covered throughout the story. Readers should also know going in that this is an FFM romance.
This story follows Audrey and Boden, who have been married for twenty years. Now that they are empty nesters, they decide they are ready to explore adding another woman to their marriage. What they do not expect is for that woman to be Stevie, their daughter’s former high school best friend.
At its core, this story is about growing into the person you have secretly always known yourself to be. One thing I really appreciated was how open Boden was to Audrey’s needs and how willing he was to do whatever made her happy. Even though they truly loved each other and could have continued living happily as just the two of them, he understood that something still felt missing for his wife.
This is definitely a very spicy read, so be prepared for that going in. Since it is a novella, everything moves pretty quickly, which is ultimately why I gave it 3 out of 5 stars. Some moments felt a little too rushed for me, and I found certain reactions and levels of understanding a bit unrealistic at times.
Thank you to the author and to Luna Literary for the opportunity to read this book.
📚ARC Review📚 If you're looking for a fast-paced romance that jumps right into the drama and tension, this one definitely delivers. Stevie is putting herself through college by working as a dominatrix at a private club when she unexpectedly encounters a couple she never imagined seeing there—her best friend's parents. Rather than walking away, she makes a choice that leads to a secret she assumes will stay buried forever. Years later, when Stevie ends up working alongside her best friend's mother, that secret comes back to haunt her. A single tattoo is all it takes for the truth to surface, setting the stage for plenty of tension, awkwardness, and intrigue. I flew through this book in one sitting. Tilly Ridge has a way of pulling you into the story from the very first chapter and keeping the pages turning. The characters are compelling, the pacing is quick, and there was never a moment where I felt bored. If you enjoy romance with high-stakes secrets, complicated relationships, and plenty of spice, this is one worth picking up. I've loved every Tilly Ridge book I've read so far, and this one was no exception. I already can't wait to see what happens next in the Springs After Dark series
I’m always a big fan of characters who truly express what they want and then add in having a partner to that character is there to support it hands down? I love it
I really related to Audrey, and how deep it dived into while yes she is happily married that does not take away her queerness and her wanting to celebrate that. And Boden being there to support her and knowing how much it meant to her
Now Stevie? GOOD LORD that woman is scary hot and I love my women like that. She had me feral from star to finish.
The way that these three perfectly complemented each other and the push and pull and switch up in dynamics was amazing.
NOW THE SPICE. This book was HOT like it had me panting and feral and craving more. I rarely rate novellas five stars since I have a hard time connecting with characters in such a short amount of time but the way Tilly ridge was able to add in plot, character development AND HOT SPICY SPICE?? Chefs kiss no notes I ate it up 5 stars
Thank you to the author for this arc in exchange for an honest review! I cannot wait to read more by you!
Boden, Audrey, and Stevie captured my little heart in just 163 pages 🖤✨
This book was such a fun and SPICY read! The chemistry between all three characters was SO good. You could genuinely feel the connection between them all, did it feel a little rushed id say yes but that was 100% okay for me.
Boden… the man that you are!!!! If you love a man that is confident in his masculinity, secure in himself, and completely supportive, this is THE man for you. The way he put himself to the side so Audrey could explore her sexuality was absolutely beautiful! He never made her feel ashamed.
Stevie, from the get-go, had me hooked the same way she hooked Audrey, and the balaclava scene… ummmm can we PLEASE talk about it?! The tension in this book was incredible. 🥵
And Audrey!! I loved seeing her get the opportunity to explore. 🌈 Watching her grow more comfortable with herself and her desires made me love her even more.
I’m genuinely sad it was such a short book because I could’ve easily read 300 more pages about these three 😭 But I also can’t complain because it was beautifully written.✨
Tilly Ridge never lets me down! When I need a fast, spicy read I can always count on her. Easy plot and more spice without losing any emotionally integrity.
Twisted Devotion is a quick, compulsively spicy FFM romance that blends long‑married trust, late‑in‑life self‑discovery, and one unforgettable twist of fate. Boden and Audrey have been married for over twenty years, and he is every green flag you could ask for. He’s steady, supportive, and completely invested in his wife’s growth. When he arranges a private session on their Vegas vacation so Audrey can finally explore a part of herself she’s never voiced, neither of them expects the ripple effect it will have.
One night changes everything for Stevie. She’s sharp, confident, occasionally the one steering the dynamic, and absolutely unforgettable. She recognizes them immediately, but they don’t learn the truth until two years later, when she ends up working alongside Audrey… and they realize she’s also their daughter’s former friend.
The story is compact, high‑intensity, and full of emotional charge. Audrey gets space to lead, Stevie brings fire and confidence, and Boden remains the grounding force who makes the whole thing feel safe, intentional, and deeply connected. It’s daring, twisty, and undeniably hot in its energy and character chemistry. Totally the kind of novella that leaves an impression long after the last page, you will be hot and bothered.
A huge thank you to Tilly Ridge & Luna Literary for the early copy!
I am a bit undecided about my review as I feel like this was a novella but it had the feel of an underdeveloped novel. I find myself torn between either wishing the characters were developed further and wanting more plot and emotional depth or thinking this should have been focused just on the sexual relationship and less on everything else. I feel like a lot of scenes were rushed in order to get through all the elements that are included in the book and that lead me to not be able to engage properly with it. I liked the premise of it, especially as it started out as a happily married woman wanting to explore her sexuality with the support of her partner (goals) but I feel like that quickly faded in the background. I guess overall I’m left a little confused about how to feel as I didn’t get either the emotional fulfilment from a good character arc or plot or the quick satisfaction from a smutty novella.
Thank you Luna Literary Agency for this advanced copy !
