Well what can I say about the final part of the trilogy besides I'm absolutely gutted. A beautiful, exciting, adventurous, breathtaking set of books that sweep you up and take you along for one of the best reads I've had for a while. Romance, fighting, magic, love/hate and Ella's and Nock I just want 1 wish!
If you have to choose a set of books that you're really going to love and want to get too involved with please pick these I can't recommend them all enough and this one ends the story so good ( with lots of tissues)
I shall definitely be reading them again through the summer because sometimes you just need to read a book you know is a favourite.
Read them in the right order, lovely looking books the covers are gorgeous, easy to read, fantasy, definitely worth it, go buy the and see for yourself. Enjoy 📖💖

I am devastated that I have come to the end of this series. It was so beautiful and magical and I graciously thank Arden Fang for bringing me along on this journey. It was so easy to become absorbed and transported to this world, the writing wraps around your heart and soul and leads you through everything. This series as a whole is set up so masterfully, it gradually builds to its epic conclusion and I could not put it down. Every word and sentence is crafted for maximum impact, it keeps me so emotionally invested in the characters, their choices, and their fates. I'm so impressed with how far back some of the twists were set up, but they were hidden so well I never saw it coming. I was so shocked with some of reveals that I could only stare with my mouth hanging open and yell into the void. The final book is packed with emotion and revelations, I'm still devastated and reeling but I want to dive back in a read everything again.

I've made it clear in my other reviews that I adore Zahir. I have to thank him for keeping me from falling in to despair with his delectable recipes. I loved seeing his strength and genius showcased in the final battle. For me Thorne really stands out. His complex history and calculating demeanor make him such an interesting character to follow. I enjoyed seeing things through his lens and processing the information as he is learning. I was so curious about him in the previous books and it was everything I hoped for to get more from him. I love Ellas and while she didn't have as much of a leading role here it was wonderful to see her grow. Elowyn started to grow on me as well, if Noko approves of her I suppose I should too! The character development is handled so beautifully in this whole book. All of the main characters learn and change so much, but in such an honest and realistic way. They make mistakes and are not perfect in any way which them so much easier to understand and relate to. The ongoing themes of duty vs desire are ever present. I love how it expands even more in the third installment, the choices are even more difficult to make now with higher stakes and larger consequences.

I'm not sure what to do now that it's over. The ending of a series you've loved is such a bittersweet feeling. This one was such a masterpiece and I will rant and rave about it forever, and recommend it forever. I am an eternal follower of Arden Fang, betwen the poetic, lyrical writing style and the immersively magical atmosphere. I can't wait to see what comes next.

Always A New Dawn by Arden Fang did not just break me—it emotionally obliterated me and then had the audacity to keep going.

This WHOLE series grabbed me by my heart and my soul and refused to give them back until I was an absolute wreck. These are the kinds of books that don’t just stay with you—they haunt you. The emotional damage? Life-altering. The experience? Completely worth it.

The grief, the trauma, the emotional turmoil these characters go through is an actual masterpiece. Noct, Ellas, Thorne, Lux, Elowen, Zahir, Keiran, Vexia—we didn’t just watch them grow, we suffered with them. We loved with them. And then—just when you think maybe, maybe you’ll be okay—this story rips your heart out, throws it on the ground, and stomps on it repeatedly. You get the warning it’s coming, you hope it’ll be gentle… it is NOT. Not even a little bit.

And can we talk about Zahir?? Getting more of him—especially with his cooking—was somehow both comforting and cruel. I was sitting there starving for food I cannot have while also crying over fictional people. The emotional whiplash is real.

Noct’s promise to always return? To find his beloved in every lifetime? DESTROYED ME. The fact that he keeps reincarnating but doesn’t remember Ellas—while his soul still recognizes her??? I am NOT OKAY. And Ellas choosing to walk back into darkness, fully knowing she may never be loved the same way again?? That felt sacred. That felt painful. That felt like something I wasn’t emotionally prepared to witness. But I couldn't put it down.

Arden Fang really said “what if I wrote love in its most devastating, enduring form and made it hurt in every lifetime?” because that’s exactly what this is. A dark, magical, Studio Ghibli–esque dream that lures you in gently… and then emotionally ruins you.

This is love that transcends lifetimes. Love that survives chaos and darkness. Love that persists even when it means letting go and watching the person you love find happiness somewhere else.

And YOU will feel every second of it.

Also—be warned: you will KEEP going through Kleenex. I’m serious. Stock up. Prepare yourself. Arden Fang, you’re getting my bill hahaha. (Thank you for allowing me into your world as a ARC reading - the emotional damage was worth it)

This isn’t just a book. It’s an experience -one of those stories that lingers with you long after you’ve finished reading
And it will absolutely destroy you in the best way possible.

After completely devouring the first 2 books in the series I paced myself with this one. I had to know that the end wouldn’t come too soon.

I thought I cried enough in the last 2 books but NOOOOOO of course not. I was shattered with this one. And then mind blown and then shattered again!

By far my favorite book of the series!
This series grabbed me by the threads of my soul & refused to let go. I have NEVER connected with a book or characters or a series for that matter the way I did with the Rewritten Fates Series.

The emotional turmoil and trauma and grief that we have all experienced within this series. With Noct, Ellas, Thorne, Lux, Elowen, Zahir, Keiran and Vexia we watched them change and grow with and without one another and then BAM 💥 you tear our hearts from our chests and stomp on them! All joking aside this truly was your best work. I am simultaneously in awe and despair yet the starlight still shines through my soul❤️

Noct’s lack of memory isn’t absence — it’s tragedy. His soul recognizes Ellas long before his mind does, and every moment between them feels like standing in the echo of a life they already lived. Watching Ellas walk willingly back into darkness, knowing love might never return to her the way she remembers it, felt almost sacred.

This book isn’t about reunion.
It’s about recognition.
About loving someone enough to witness who they must become — even if that future doesn’t hold you.

The world feels starved of light, yet Fang writes with a softness that glows through every page. The stakes are cosmic, but the emotion is painfully intimate. Every revelation lands like a breath you didn’t realize you were holding. By the end, I wasn’t crying because it was sad I mean MAYBE I was but I was also crying because it was true.

A story about salvation, sacrifice, and the unbearable tenderness of choosing love without possession.
Some romances promise forever.
This one promises meaning and somehow that feels bigger. It delivered heartache in the most beautiful way.
Once upon a time the world shattered and the two souls that broke it had to sacrifice EVERYTHING to fix it. Not the ended you expect but once you read it, you realize it is exactly the ending they needed.

I just finished reading this the 3rd book in the Rewritten Fates series, and I cannot believe it has come to an end. The tale lingers on in my memory, as do the characters, and whilst reading I wanted to reach the ending to see whether Arden Fang would be cruel to us, but on the other hand I did not want the book to end. This is the story of such a great love that when Ellas had broken the world for Noct, a blood moon had appeared in the sky turning the life of the people of Aurum to misery. Noct promises to always return and find his beloved if not in this life in those that came after, however though he does reincarnate many a time, he does not remember Ellas. His body knows her however he does not. Whilst the blood moon ruled the lives of the people of Aurum, Cassien, a religious fanatic threatened all their lives, and it would be with the erasure of that damned moon that he could be erased. But what would the erasure of that moon entail? Noct had been a healer, a gentle man who went through life easily leaving not a ripple, however I hated how he was being blamed for everything."Evertime you love, you destroy. Everytime you sacrifice, you damn. Everytime you try to save them, you fail." The healer who could not stop mending made the wound immortal. He had cursed her through a love which should never have happened, but love was no sin. She would burn the world to have his love once again. This story is about reincarnation, where a love so strong would always find a way to find the other half. I loved every poetic line written, Arden Fang has become my favourite author, and I am sure other books are not going to match the standards he has set with this series. His descriptions made me re-read them just for the pleasure of tasting the beauty of his words, especially when he writes as Zahir about food. I could taste the lovely delicasies he wrote about, as much as I could feel every emotion and heartbreak the women went through. This book shatters our heart leaving it lying in a hundred pieces, yet I still think it is one of the best dark fantasy romantic series I have ever read. I wish I could have given it ten stars because five seems not to do it justice.

How do you put in to words a book series no a MASTERPIECE It’s truly a heart wrenching masterpiece that sits with you long after the last page turns … the emotions you will go threw are altering but so worth the experience and journey ❤️❤️❤️ I can’t tell you how much I love this book and the whole series the only problem now is I find myself searching and comparing all I read and them not quite reaching the experience I had with this series … the way Arden Fang writes has you walking beside the characters each of them you will know as if a friend as he creates that connection with every character ..on each of there journeys you are submersed you smell the smells taste the foods and feel every emotion each character is feeling .. this is not a fluffy romance this is a look in to all the real challenges and choices real love can cause and the connection of knowing love and connection even after you don’t remember it and the choices that come for it .. warning you will be left with a book hangover you will cry to many times to count but you will love every single page of this book and as you put the book down you will feel like you could pick it up and start all over again because you will instantly miss the world and every single character

“I will burn the stars to find you”
This final book omg I don’t know where to begin. This series was absolutely amazing. Arden makes you feel all the feels. But the emotions are high in this book. You get all of the questions you had from book two answered! There are lots of ohh shoot moments! And a lot of tearful or heartfelt moments! My eyes leaked quiet a bit. Ellis and Noct were my favorite but I will say Vexia and Kieran story shocked me the most! Everyone has their moments you get a lot of Cassian time which we have only seen glimpses of. My sweet sweet Thorne such a heartfelt guy bound by duty! You learn so much about who Thorne is. The ending… I knew it was coming because of course it’s the last book.. but my god… how does one make something so heart wrenching so darn beautiful!
Arden I’m so happy I jumped into your world! You are an amazing creator thank you for allowing me to be apart of it! And thank you for breaking my heart in the most beautiful way!

First .....let's admire this GORGEOUS cover 😍
Now....this book is the most lyrical and devastatingly beautiful book to ever exist. You know the song Team by Lorde....the one that says we live in cities, you'll never see in on screen? THAT IS THIS BOOK! I was SUBMERGED in this book from beginning to end. I felt like my body was constantly trying to build a wall around my heart but it couldn't keep up. These words just kept slicing that wall away with precision like Ellas' shadows, to completely shatter my heart. This finale was so worth the build up and cliffhangers. This universe and these characters will always have a place in my heart and I will forever recommend them.
Oh.....slight warning....you will BAWL (take it from someone who has never cried from a book before Arden Fang). You will also stare at the wall as everything continues to spiral around in your head and you will have a book hangover encased in a dazed fog for AT LEAST 2 DAYS!!

What can I say that hasn't been said about the previous books? Or by other reveiwers? I am at a loss of how to properly convey such a work of art. I do not want to call this a mere story or book. A moment in time of merely turning pages. This is art. This is an experience. This is everything. A story that weaves itself into your very DNA and grabs you by your entire self. You feel everything. Fang's words are more than the paper they are written on. They mesmerize you and pull you into a story you didn't know you needed. I wept with this one. My mind was blown. I was left a squeeeeeeeeeezed out sponge of emotions. Literally an ugly mess of tears. This story, these characters, are so much more than what they seem. My mind was blown and I am bereft of thought after reading it. Truly! You will need to sit for a loooooong while after and digest what you have just read. This is not a light afternoon read. This is soul devouring.

This book was a masterpiece to say it is my Favourite would not be enough ! The world building and character development is just outstanding in this book we follow Ellas and Noct on the final leg of their story and we learn how Kieran’s story is intwined with that when I tell you I cried from chapter 13 onwards due to being so connected to each character and how well Arden ties all the moments you’ve needed answers for together I don’t want to give spoilers but there are moments of this where you will want to throw your kindle with the shock factor and moments where you find yourself utterly shattered in the way only an amazing book can do this was everything and more I expected for the final part of this journey the message of hope even in your darkest hours and even in grief there is Always a new Dawn ❤️ I would give 6* if I could

Always a New Dawn by Arden Fang is an easy five stars and completely emotionally wrecking.

This isn’t just a love story, it’s about a love that keeps finding its way back no matter how badly it ended before. The connection between the characters feels immediate but broken, like something remembered rather than new, and when the truth starts unfolding, it hits hard.

What makes this book so tormenting is that it’s not about falling in love, it’s about realizing what that love already cost you. The themes of fate, reincarnation, and inevitable pull only make it more intense, because you can feel that they’re doomed to repeat something painful.

And still you can’t stop reading.

It’s immersive, haunting, and quietly devastating in a way that lingers long after you finish.

This series and this book is by far my favorite that I have EVER read. You truly feel every emotion that is written as if you are there. The detail of every part of this book, the connection with each of the characters is truly fascinating. The amount of tears I shed through this series, WOW! But so worth it. I have never been so invested in a story as I was with this complete series. It wasn't just one book, no...it's the whole series. Every turn, every page keeps you hooked and you don't want to put the book down. I am in awe of Arden Fang and the way he writes. This story will be forever a story that I talk about and recommend to everyone. This is a definite MUST read.

Book 3 of the Rewritten Fate Series

I think its safe to say that Arden Fang is a genius!! The way this book (series) is written is masterful. The transition from past (life) to present is done beautifully. Always A New Dawn is an emotional roller-coaster and the twists are even better. I didnt want the story to end.

"Where he wouldn't have to face the weight of a love he couldn't remember, or the guilt of a woman searching for someone who might not exist anymore."

Mr. Arden Fang thank you for letting me be a part of this amazing story as an ARC reader. I look forward to more amazing stories.

This book feels like stepping into a world where fate refuses to let the characters escape each other.
The atmosphere is dark, magical, and emotional, with a story that slowly reveals secrets about memory, destiny, and connection. I loved how the tension builds between the characters as pieces of the past start falling into place.
Some scenes felt almost cinematic, especially the moments tied to prophecy and the Blood Moon. Those parts really stuck with me.
If you like fantasy stories where love, destiny, and mystery intertwine, this one is absolutely worth the read.

I have absolutely loved this entire series and I’m so sad this is the final instalment. This book truly brings every emotion like a wave crashing over you, I found myself gasping at revelations on several occasions. I’ve enjoyed this world so much and am so sad to close the book on Cael and Serai.
But Arden Fang, what an exceptionally talented author! I cannot wait to see where your stories take me next!!

I really enjoyed this book. I discovered that shortly after I started reading that I was hooked and there was no way this book was being put down until the last page was read. It moves along at a great pace, has interesting characters and a story that needs to be read. There is no doubt that this book needs to be on your TBR list. It is a must read.

What an emotional roller coaster this has been. All of the characters leave a lasting impression no matter how they are presented in the series.

Noct’s will find her and love her no matter how many lives they live.

Please start with Love's Ascension and enjoy every bit of this beautifully heartbreaking journey.
