After unrequited heartbreak, I take finding love to the high seas.
With standards as vast as the ocean, I’m setting sail on a luxury heat cruise to find my perfect pack. Three months on a floating city, what could possibly go wrong?
It isn’t overeager Alphas or vying Omegas that threaten my trip, it’s unbearable motion sickness that could upend everything.
Just when I think my dream of finding love onboard is crushed, a handsome Alpha with a bossy attitude smelling like ginger and lemon comes to my rescue and eases my nausea.
Not only does he call to my Omega senses, his beautiful and charismatic Beta mate is exactly what I’ve been looking for.
They’re everything I ever wanted: patient, genuine, and affectionate. I should feel settled and ready for my heat, but an Alpha-sized piece of my heart is still thousands of miles away...or so I thought.
Sarah Blue is a USA Today best-selling author of paranormal, omegaverse, and contemporary romance. When she isn’t writing you can find her nose buried in a book or picking up a new craft she probably won't finish. She lives in Maryland with her husband, children, and two cats.
I am a Sarah Blue STAN and will eat up everything she writes. I have been DYING for another book in this series, and of course it didn't disappoint! I loved the beginning where Claire finally decided to stop waiting on her brother's best friend to want her, so she joins basically a dating cruise full of alphas, betas, and omegas looking to form packs. Of course, she catches the attention of an alpha and a beta and their meet cute was adorable and I loved how she was so calmed by the alpha's scent and how both of them were just so perfect of her. They start dating and...well, things go from there! The setting on this cruise was just so fun and I loved watching the guys court her, as well as the unfinished business with her brother's best friend come into play. One of my favorite tripes in omegaverse romances is when two alphas don't get along, so I was really excited when that happened in here, because that meant these characters had a lot to work through. High Seas Heat is another omegaverse hit that had me addicted from page one!
»The Omega over there? The one using a Birkin as a pool bag?The one that litrally every Alpha within viewing listance is staring at? That's the mega you spent all night cudling?«

❥ 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝜗𝜚˚⋆ I liked her but she felt a little bit flat. I don‘t LOVED her.
❥ 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕, 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒕 ⋆✮ I liked all of them although I had my problems with Elliot. Forrest and Wells are my favs.
✥ 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌 Another solid romance book in this universe although it couldn‘t hold up with the first one. It entertained me and I enjoyed reading but the special something was missing. I can‘t put my finger on it - this book just wasn‘t hitting it of with me. Claire and her men were cute together and each one has their individual background. I liked the setting on a cruise ship (how creative is this?) and how it was done. Once in a while I really liked reading a smutty little omegaverse book (don‘t judge me lol). And Wells had me wrapped around his finger, I adored him. All in all this was a good read but it coul‘ve been better.
𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤? Maybe, for me it‘s not a must read.
This was so fun! The setting being on a cruise was a fun change and I liked how the characters all got together. I always have a good time reading a Sarah Blue book.
I loved the unapologetic FMC who went for what she wanted. She liked luxury and it’s always refreshing to see when it’s not viewed as a negative to enjoy those types of things.
The guys were all likeable. It was an interesting dynamic with Forest and Wells being together and Elliot having his reservations with packs. While the romance was pretty fast paced, it was cute.
I will say, while the story was sweet, sometimes o got a little bored. I found myself speed reading through the spicy scenes. But overall I really enjoyed the book.
TW - abusive parent (past, mentioned, verbal, physical, emotional), bullying regarding a learning disability (sc to FMC), alcohol consumption, vomiting, nausea, insecurities, stalking, brief violence (including brief mention of blood), death of a (grand) parent (past, mentioned), smoking (weed), loosely implied death of a parent (mention of “succumbing to her demons”), pregnancy (end, mentioned)
CW - fisting, DP, voyeurism, cockwarming, toys
Tropes - forced proximity, unrequited love... or is it?, rich af FMC, possessive, omegaverse
Representation - FMC with dyslexia, queer rep, polyam - MMFM
This was such a fun read!
Sarah Blue is so good at choosing the most random settings for an omega to go into heat or find a pack.
The cruise ship setting in this one was fun and, naturally, a recipe for disaster. Claire (FMC) quickly finds Forrest (MMC) and Wells (MMC) and, while it’s good, she’s been pining over her brother’s best friend for years so, imagine her surprise when he turns up to take her home 💀
I am so locked in to this series and I’m DESPERATE to find out what happens with a certain sibling 👀
Scale: ⭐️ - would've DNF'ed / continued out of spite ⭐️⭐️ - shit, but whatever ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - meh, could've been better ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - lit 👅 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - loved it, inject this shit into my veins 🤪
I have been getting most of my reads lately from the library. Which is great, but there is a certain type of book that can only be found in the depths of Kindle Unlimited. A why choose omegaverse set on a singles cruise is one.
After years of pining for her brother’s best friend Claire signs up for a singles cruise in hopes of finding a pack. She meets Forrest and Wells, an alpha beta pair and they immediately hit it off. Her unrequited love isn’t as unrequited as she thought and Elliot shows up to shake things up.
Just what I wanted. Mostly fluffy, the drama with Elliot providing a touch of angst. Forrest and Wells were all in from the beginning. This also has two of my favorite omegaverse tropes, an unapologetically high maintenance omega and a little jealously in the pack. Loved it.
Genre: Adult Omegaverse Romance Spice: 2.5/5🌶️ *spice ratings are relative to similar books in the same genre*
The Catalog: MMFM omegaverse, Heat Haven cruise ship, omega looking for her pack, forced proximity, dyslexia representation, balcony sexy time, bother’s best friend, mutual pining, male whimpers, surprise heat, hideous nest of convenience, rival packmates, established couple
Kink: public sex, fisting, pack voyeurism, cock warming
Pack Dynamics: α β Ω α Forrest (α): lumberjack hotelier that needs an omega to spoil Wells (β): Olympic gold medalist that’s always wanted a pack Claire (Ω): heiress ready for love Elliot (α): alpha that doesn’t want a pack
Synopsis: Claire can only take rejection from the alpha of her dreams so many times before she books a heat cruise on Haven of the Seas, an exclusive cruise ship dedicated to helping omegas find mates. Expect, it’s awful, and Claire feels like a failure until she meets Forrest, a massive alpha whose scent cures her sea sickness AND he has a dreamy beta lover. Suddenly her vacation is looking up…right?
Thoughts:
Everything that could possibly go wrong did, and I loved every single second of it. I mean, there was never a chance of a heat cruise going well with all those pheromones, knot heads, and cramped quarters, right? But I never imagined the absolute lunacy that would ensue. I laughed, I cried, I cursed Heat Haven for their decisions. I never wanted it to end.
Claire is a boss babe, high maintenance, upper class omega that knows exactly what she wants. However, after waiting for the alpha she loves to love her back, she decides to take her life by the balls and enroll on a heat cruise. I love how she met Forrest and Wells, and I can’t get enough of how they are with her. Forrest is such a sweetie, and his dedication (and arousal) to caring for Claire was my favorite part of the book. I also really enjoyed the banter-filled, slightly over the top, rivalry between the alphas.
Every omega deserves her alphas to throw fists for her, ya know?
This Heat Haven spin-off series is quickly becoming one of my favorite omegaverse series because of how freaking fun they are! Definitely recommend 🩶
Wells was right. I should have known he was. I do need an Omega. Every instinct in me felt alive when she let me take care of her.
“You’re so sexy when you’re possessive of me.”
“It’s not as simple as choosing you. I’d choose you every time.”
Oh how I love a Sarah Blue Omegaverse and this one did not disappoint! Claire, Wells, Forrest, Elliot and so freaking hot! I loved seeing Claire go from searching for her perfect pack to finding what she always dreamed of and seeing these men treat her like the precious gift she is! Such a fun and spicy read I couldn’t get enough of!
Tropes: MMFM Heat Cruise High Maintenance Omega Shy Alpha Unrequited Love Charming Beta
I always think I can casually start a Sarah Blue book like 9pm before bed and read a bit and then BOOM: it's 2am and the bags under my eyes are bigger than Claire's Birkin pool bag because I couldn't put it down. I loved the whole vibe of this book, the characters were amazing, the setting was fun and refreshing and the heat was HOT. We get the typical Sarah Blue humor and spice and I loved the bit of angst we get too. I loved the bonding between not only Claire and her pack mates but between her pack mates as well, I loved their brotherhood moments. I'm also highly curious about Axel 👀
Claire is my favourite type of omega FMC — a little spoiled but just wants a pack to love, and not above being a little petty. Her relationships with Forrest and Wells on the heat cruise gave me swoony heart eyes, because it was full of caregiving/spoiling in the BEST way. I love how Sarah Blue writes that dynamic, it really ticks all my boxes.
There was of course a hold-out (Elliott, her brother’s best friend) who I didn’t get as attached to, but his assimilation into the newfound pack was very cute. I only wish that . That would have bumped this up to 5 stars for me.
MMFM. No virgins (fmc had sporadic hookups/mmc histories unsure).
Claire: (raven haired/Omega/fmc) high society sweetheart. Outgoing. Elliot: (brunette/Alpha/mmc) Alphahole. Wells: (dirty blonde/Beta/mmc) with Forrest. Mischievous. Outgoing. Forrest: (dark brunette/Alpha/mmc) with Wells. A little grumpy, intense. Introverted.
Insta-lovey and cute. Two were immediately into the FMC while another had been pushing her away for years. I remember really wanting to read her book after finishing her brother's book because of her seemingly unrequited love for her brother's bsf. That part was a bit of a letdown, but the other two MMCs were great.
Because this NY princess, only daughter of a wealthy family, a family comprised of a full pack, has always envisioned her future with her own pack, she ventures to pursue obtaining that pack by booking a suite on a specialized voyage. As an omega, she will be assured safety, guarded by security and isolated on 2 decks, protecting her from any feral alphas.
However, she quickly remembers her seasickness once the voyage is underway and she flees to vomit off one of the upper decks. There a lone alpha, unable to sleep, is out running on the deck in the moonlight when he sees her. Aware of her extreme sickness, he jumps into an uber alpha protective role carrying her to the on board infirmary and staying by her side when he returns her to her room.
Although he had been reluctant to obtain passage on this crew, his life pack partner, an Olympic medalist, pushed him, knowing their relationship could be and should be expanded to center their pack around an omega. Having scent matched immediately with this omega, he and his partner seek to woo her to create a shared pack.
What could go wrong on a vessel with omega cargo, most of whom are approaching heat, when competing alphas and a few betas roam the various spaces? If conditions were not tempered enough, the unrequited love, her brother’s best friend, decides to board the cruise initially to retrieve her and take her home.
A rival sort of tension ensues which is resolved only when the pack assembles as each one pledges a loving loyalty to their omega in distress. Despite the less than perfect voyage, all disembark safely. Guaranteed HEA.
Ahh! It’s finally here. The continuation of the Heat Cute series. Now, this can be read as a standalone but it does have some spoilers from the previous book regarding relationships, just FYI.
I really liked Claire! I saw a different side to an Omega that I don’t often see in Omegaverses. She’s super strong willed, she knows exactly what she wants…but the universe just wasn’t aligning with her so, she took matters into her own hands and went on a cruise and really, the rest was history!
Each MMC’s background is so uniquely different and that really adds to the story of these 4. At this point, I need to go back and read the story of Claire’s parents and of Elliot’s parents. I’m sure it will add to my love of this series even more! I also just need to know where Elliot got his way of thinking from! 😄
One thing I love? A Beta that knows what he wants and knows how to break the ice with literally everyone (both literally and metaphorically ;)). It’s really thanks to him that Forrest for the Omega. He’s the literal glue! But of course, the sweet but oh so silent and tortured Alpha, Forrest. I feel the most for him because of his familial issues. It’s good that he ran into Claire…literally lol!
Honestly, if you’re looking to read an Omegaverse but wanna read about a strong willed Omega, this book is for you! Besides, they go on a cruise and then a lot of major drama happened aboard. Don’t you wanna know what happened?!
CLAIRE SAID "YOU KNOW WHAT? I'M DONE" AND BOOKED HERSELF A HEAT CRUISE AND HONESTLY? ICONIC BEHAVIOR THIS IS BOOK 2 IN THE HEAT HAVEN HEAT CUTES SERIES BUT READS PERFECTLY AS A STANDALONE, SO NO EXCUSES SHE'S BEEN REJECTED BY HER DREAM ALPHA ONE TOO MANY TIMES, SO SHE BOARDS THE HAVEN OF THE SEAS — A CRUISE SHIP LITERALLY DESIGNED FOR OMEGAS TO FIND THEIR MATE. EXCEPT IT'S... NOT GREAT. CLAIRE'S A MESS, THE SEA HAS HER SICK, AND SHE'S FEELING LIKE A COMPLETE FAILURE UNTIL FORREST SHOWS UP. MASSIVE ALPHA. DREAMY SCENT THAT CURES HER SEASICKNESS (SIR??). AND HE COMES WITH A BETA LOVER. SUDDENLY THIS VACATION HAS POTENTIAL BUT HERE'S WHAT REALLY GOT ME — THIS ISN'T JUST VIBES (EVEN THOUGH THE VIBES ARE IMMACULATE BESTIE). THESE CHARACTERS HAVE ACTUAL BAGGAGE. THEY MESS UP. THEY GROW. WATCHING THEM FIGURE OUT HOW TO BECOME THE PACK CLAIRE NEEDS?? SO DEEPLY SATISFYING I WANTED TO CRY IF YOU LOVE SARAH BLUE OR OMEGAVERSE OR BOTH — THIS BOOK WAS MADE FOR YOU!

What to Expect • 🔗 Omegaverse • 🔥 MMFM • 🚢 Cruise setting • 🫶 Nurturing alpha energy • 🌶️ Spice
I’ve rewritten this review more times than I’d like to admit, and honestly, I think it just comes down to this not being my favorite from Sarah.
The pacing felt off for me, and no matter how much I tried to settle into the story, it never fully clicked. It wasn’t bad. I did finish it. But I wasn’t as invested as I usually am with her books.
I *loved* the idea of a dating cruise in an omegaverse. It’s such a unique setup and had so much potential to be really fun. But it kind of fell flat for me. We didn’t get to experience much of the cruise itself, especially since Claire finds her match so quickly, and I think that’s part of why the story didn’t hit as hard as I wanted it to.
I liked the characters well enough. Wells (the beta) definitely carried a lot of the humor and gave the story some much-needed light moments. But for once, he wasn’t my favorite.
That title goes to Forrest. His reluctant-to-be-on-the-cruise alpha energy shifting into full-on nurturing mode? Adorable. No notes.
Elliot, though, that’s where the book lost me a bit. He didn’t make a great first impression, and I just don’t think he groveled nearly enough to make up for it. His reintroduction felt forced, and because of that, a lot of his interactions didn’t land the way they should have. I did warm up to him by the end, but it was definitely more of a lukewarm like than anything else.
As always, the spice is solid, well-placed, and definitely hot, but it wasn’t quite enough to make up for the pacing issues for me.
Overall, I enjoyed it enough to finish, but it’s not one I see myself rereading.
I absolutely INHALED this book! it was so damn good 👏🏻
I loved Claire in Mile High Heat, so I’ve been counting down the days for her story. She’s sassy, confident, bold, and knows exactly what she wants. Her inner monologue had me laughing the entire time🤣🤣
Claire signs up for a 3 month cruise to find herself a pack and that’s where she meets Wells and Forrest. The chemistry is instant. I loved how different the guys were. Wells is laid back, funny, and easygoing while Forrest is broody, quite possessive and very much the protective Alpha. I was so FERALLLL for both of them. Then Elliott shows up who Claire has pined over for years but he’s never wanted a pack life, BUT and he’s ready to finally give in to the feelings he’s buried for years for his best friend’s sister.
The banter between the guys was top tier and the spice was absolutely spicing 🥵
4.25⭐️ This was such a fun, sweet omegaverse read. I love when Sarah Blue gives us those meant to be, found pack vibes and this one definitely delivered.
This is book 2 in the Heat Cute Omegaverse series and while you could read it on its own, I definitely recommend reading in order to get the full experience. I loved getting Claire’s story, especially knowing she’s Jonah’s sister, and seeing her take control instead of waiting around for her brother’s best friend to figure it out.
The setup was so good. Claire going on an omega cruise to find her pack had me hooked right away. And true to Sarah Blue’s style, this one leans into that insta attraction, “you’re mine” kind of vibe, but the emotional development builds nicely after that so it still feels satisfying.
I loved the dynamic between Claire, alpha Forrest, and beta Wells. They were protective, soft, and just worked so well together. Their relationship gave that cozy, safe pack energy that I love in sweeter omegaverse stories. I also loved Elliot, but I’m not gonna lie, I needed a little more grovel from him.
Overall this was a quick, addictive read with great chemistry, lovable characters, and that signature found family feel. Can’t wait to see what’s next in this series.
This was such a cute, quick read that’s perfect when you’re in the mood for something light, fun, and a little steamy. The story leans heavily into instalove, which works well with the fast-paced cruise setting, everything happens quickly, but it feels intentional and fitting for the vibe.
Claire’s journey to find her perfect pack was entertaining and easy to get swept up in. The dynamic between the characters had just enough depth to keep things interesting, with a touch of MM that added a nice layer to the relationships. The spicy scenes definitely bring the heat without completely overshadowing the story, and the small bits of angst give it just enough emotional tension without weighing it down.
Overall, this is a fun, feel-good read with romance, heat, and a dash of drama, great for when you want something quick and satisfying.
Beyond obsessed!!! Sarah never disappoints especially with omegaverse 😍
Claire wants a pack and it’s what she has always wanted. Shes tired of waiting around for the man she’s been in love with and decides to go on a heat cruise to find a pack and move on.
When she meets Forest and Wells she is instantly hooked on them and excited to see where things go for them. But of course nothing is as easy as it seems and a surprise visitor definitely wasn’t on her bingo card.
Reading everything play out was hilarious and swoon worthy! The spice was phenomenal and played out perfectly!
I loved getting to see characters from book 1 as well! Overall an amazing book!! Highly recommend for my omegaverse lovers! 🖤
Sarah Blue is my go to author when it comes to omegaverse, and once again, she proves why she’s my favorite.
Set on a cruise designed for omegas, the story brings together a group dynamic where proximity, tension, and connection build quickly. What starts as a temporary escape turns into something deeper, with bonds forming in a way that feels both intense and emotional.
Her writing has this way of completely pulling you in. The kind of story where you tell yourself “just one more chapter” and suddenly it’s way past your bedtime. I genuinely couldn’t put it down, which says a lot because I’m usually very strict about not staying up late.
The pacing, the tension, the dynamics, everything just worked in a way that kept me fully invested from start to finish.
Thank you Sarah for this story. I cannot wait to hear about Axel’s book next.
The book wasn't bad at the start and I actually quite like the duo she meets on the boat. I was honestly shocked and thought it could be a five star book. But when the crush she confessed to and rejected her in the first chapter comes storming back like he has any right, it kind of killed the story for me. Dude didn't have the balls to tell her he wasn't sure he could handle pack life so he basically rejected her so they could live in limbo because that was better in his mind. And yet here he was acting like he has a right to be there and be all demanding and rude and of course that he was there took over the story along with the conflict of the other alpha not liking him. Gee I wonder why. I kind of lost interest after that because of him.
I’m surprised how much I liked this. I really liked most of the characters and even though the plot was a little cringy, it was still fun. I wish more would have happened toward the end - I ended up speed reading through the last 20% since not much happens.
I am loving this series so much and was so excited for Claire’s story. I was so proud of her booking the cruise and doing something for herself. This story is so funny and also emotional and a little messy and I was completely in love with Forest and Wells. There is someone else who enters the picture - no spoilers, but he has some work to do!!
I also loved the friendship Claire makes on the ship and once again we see the power of a charming beta - Wells is an absolute gem. We also get a peek at the most unfortunate nest…and well, things a take a turn there!
The cruise itself was the perfect mix of dating drama and a messy soap opera - I mean that many Omegas, Betas and Alphas on a ship together?? What could possibly go wrong??
I am really excited for the next book - be sure and read the epilogues!
