Her work combines neuroscience, real-life parenting experiences, and biblical truth to help parents see their children through a lens of compassion and purpose.

When she's not writing, April creates educational content for parents, speaks on autism and ADHD, and encourages families to embrace the wiring God intentionally placed within each child.

She lives in Georgia with her husband, children, and two very spoiled cats.
