I have to admit upfront that I've never read Truman Capote's novella. I've seen the movie several times, however, so I was glad that Greenberg took care of some of its flaws. The first time he appears on stage, Mr. Yunioshi is given a greater sense of character and even dignity than his one-joke portrayal in the film and the whole romance with Paul Varjack (replaced by Capote's unnamed narrator) is out. The story of Holly Golightly is still compelling without it, though I think Greenberg relies more on narration than dramatization to tell his story. In production terms, this seems to require a lot of technical elements: a two story set with spaces for various other locales and projected film. It's not a show to be undertaken lightly.
