Book 2 was good
Zy still in the streets as the leader of the cues and getting revenge. Mackie is holding her man down, even tho she misses her mom. Zy has to tie up loose ends with the g mob, and watch cane when he suspects him in dinero murder. Cane is a snake but hiding his true colors. Mackie wants a relationship with her father's family. Zy plans his trip to N.Y. to kill Curaso with Diablo by his side. Mackie and bey put in work for their men. Cane and bey hit a snag when she flips on him at the studio. Dinero funeral sheds light on who tried to kill zy and run Mackie off the road when his past comes back to bite him. Mackie having to kill someone,goes to see yanna only to get a shocking revelation about her father.

One of The Elite Few
I just wrote a review where I referenced authors who are caught up in the "every story is a series" trend. I scathingly remarked that I would no longer support such drivel. Fortunately, Nika Michelle is one of the writers whose body of work is worthy of a series. If you haven't read the Forbidden Fruit Series, buy it now.
This wasn't my favorite book, but I'm not as find of books with such young characters. The writing was so good that it made up for the authors penchant label dropping (another trend that should die).

You Did That
Nike you have outdid yourself again. Another Fiyah read. I am so in love with Mackie and Zy's love for one another. I really hope everything pans out for them. That dang Bey is crazy as hell but I love her too. Loving the end would have never seen that coming, and I am patiently waiting on the next installment.

A few errors
Once again a good book. Few errors but I can live with it. It didn't throw story off. I want to like Cain, but his jealousy is something else. Can't wait til Mackie talks to her mom end finds out what's really going on.

Wow this book had a lot of secrets and twist in it.It had me all in it lol.I loved it from beginning to end.Im glad Zy got wat he needed to finally rest.Mackie and that head shot doe I love her.That damn ending had my jaw on the floor lol

Jaw dropping
