Book 3 of Towerbound cranks everything up. The Scrap Rats are rising—and so is a world-ending dragon.
Ren was just a cowardly alchemist hiding behind potions and excuses. But when a global event drops a world boss into their lap, the guild needs more than a healer—they need Super Ren.
Now armed with power, momentum, and the full insanity of his
Folo building terrain traps, Silk is harvesting serious credits, Mira setting up heists mid-dungeon, and the dragon? Yeah. She might be high. The Tower is changing. The game is bleeding into the real world. Cookies might be involved. One way or another, Ren’s going to stop being a Stink goblin hiding in the shadows—and become a person the Districts can’t ignore.
If you love overpowered MCs, high-stakes team progression, and hilarious mechanics disguised as plot, Super Ren is your next obsession.
If you haven't read the previous two books in this series, you'll still be able to enjoy this one. You'll just miss a lot of the satisfaction of seeing different arcs pay off for the characters. This has been my favorite book yet. The authors really managed to flesh out the characters, their lives, and motivations the world. I'm so looking forward to the next book in this series. I'm mainly writing this review to let you know what a good book series is is and I'm not giving you any pot spoilers cuz I don't want to destroy your Jew him. I apologize for any spelling errors. I'm writing this review of voice to text. I hope this helps
I'm really surprised by how much I have come to enjoy this series. I'm reading this series faster than it is being published. I really want to save up some chapters to be able to binge read, but every time I see a new chapter I dive right back in. Some of the conversations seem more than a little bit childish, but something about this series is like crack. I just can't seem to get enough.
I have to admit, been loving it. The flow of the book was really choppy, and at times it seemed like paragraphs were not in order, heck I remember and least three different times I saw duplicate sentences. I feel like this book needs a re edit. 2/5 only because it kept breaking the immersion. Keep at it love the story
Did not like the direction the author has taken the story, particularly the Ren story arc, where he has gone from the main character to a trivial side character to be bullied by the rest of the Rats.
Another excellent addition to this new series. Guaranteed to make you laugh. Not stat heavy, but enough stats and interesting gear to make it enjoyable. REN is guiding the guild to avoid a rocky future.
Not anything close to what 1st book was this one is kinda all over the place alot of pov shifts not enough of ren i didnt finish it but will still check out the next one see if it refocuses
Tongue-in-cheek adventure for a pain adverse alchemist regressor. Ren continues to build the scrap rats guild while targeting the prosperous guild. Good thing they're leveling because they get attacked in-game and out.
I’m truly enjoying the antics and adventures of the characters. The story grows and isn’t obvious. I could do without the songs, but overall a solid read.
Finally, I am able to get to the review page.. This book, series is absolutely my favorites for the year! I love Ren, I love scrap rats, I want merch!!!
Loved books 1 & 2. Book 3 is more chaotic I am guessing the author is building up for Books 4 etc but the storylines are jumbled.. I will buy book 4 but not impressed
Not sure where this going. Seems like a lot of side building without achieving. I’m hoping this is buildup to something big but this one seems to be a filler.
I love that MC is no longer stupid incompetent. Scenes take way too long most of the time little to no time skips. Interesting ending looking forward to seeing how MC deals with the dragons.
