The Crawford Legacy Book Three is an intense, addictive continuation of Jade and Phoenix's story, and it absolutely delivers on every level. This is not a standalone novel—you'll need to read the first two books to fully appreciate the complex relationships, emotional depth, and shocking revelations. Trust me, it's a journey well worth taking.
The story takes a dramatic turn when an unexpected visitor arrives at the Crawford Estate, forcing Jade to come face-to-face with the father she never expected to see again. As long-buried secrets resurface, Nicholas discovers that the past refuses to stay hidden. The truth threatens not only him but the entire Crawford family and everything they've spent years building.
Charlotte Byrd masterfully weaves together psychological suspense, family drama, murder, betrayal, cold cases, dangerous threats, dark secrets, and nonstop twists that come at a relentless pace. Every chapter uncovers another layer of deception, making it impossible to predict what will happen next. OMG! Where do I begin? I am trying to wrap my mind around what happened in this book. I was not expecting that cliffhanger! TELL ME TO DISAPPEAR is book 3 of the Crawford Legacy. This book picks up where book 2 left off, and a continuation of Phoenix Crawford and Jade Catalano‘s story. Another winner by this prolific writer! Charlotte Byrd gives the reader all the feels of a dark Mafia romantic suspense—secrets, mystery, and drama—she just doesn’t disappoint! This story is full of raw emotions, and it left me with the best book hangover. You feel every ounce of pain, every slice of betrayal, and it will keep you on the edge of your seat to find out what happened next. Its intricate plot is a new brand of perfection. Phoenix and Jade are full of surprises—I was flabbergasted by the unexpected revelation that happened, but it was jaw-dropping good! They will fascinate you and frustrate you at the same time. ARC Review

Tell Me To Disappear by Charlotte Byrd is the third installment in the Crawford Legacy series, and it continues Phoenix and Jade's story while raising the stakes in the dangerous world surrounding the Crawford family.

This book introduces James Dupree while finally revealing the truth about Jade's father. As that mystery unravels, long-buried secrets surrounding Phoenix's father, Nicholas, begin to surface as well. The web of lies, alliances, and betrayals becomes increasingly tangled, leaving everyone questioning who they can trust and threatening everything Phoenix and Jade have fought to build.

I enjoyed the overall storyline and the way the family secrets continued to unfold. The suspense surrounding the Crawford family kept me invested, and I'm definitely eager to see how everything comes together in the final book.

That said, I did find some of the scenes between Phoenix and Jade a bit choppy. While I understand their relationship has always had its own unique dynamic, some of their interactions didn't flow as naturally as I would have liked, which occasionally pulled me out of the story.

Overall, this was a solid continuation of the series that does a great job setting up what promises to be an explosive conclusion. If you've been invested in Phoenix and Jade's journey, you'll definitely want to pick this one up, just be prepared to end with plenty of questions and anticipation for the final installment.

This is book three in The Crawford Legacy and it continues Jade and Phoenix’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. This is not a standalone book and you will need to read them in order to get the full back story but it is definitely worth it. When a visitor and friend arrives at The Crawford Estate Jade realised that it was her father so now she needs to decide what to do next. There is a big secret that Nicholas thought that he had buried deep enough but now it had come to the surface which is threatening the whole Crawford Family and everything that they have built over the years. The twists and turns keep coming at a break neck speed along with lies, betrayal, danger, murder, cold case, threats, secrets, suspense, drama, darkness and situations that will have you turning the pages wondering what will happen next and unable to put this book down as it is so addictive. I read this book in one sitting and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough as it kept my attention throughout. I can’t wait to read the next book in this amazing series. Charlotte Byrd is a amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her readers on the edge of their seats while reading her books. I definitely recommend that you read this series and you will not be disappointed.

This mind blowing series is extremely addictive. The darkness, obsessions, threats, secrets and powerful connections makes this reading overwhelming and positively captivating. Charlotte Byrd is one of my many favourites in dark suspenseful romance. In book 3, the mystery surrounding Jade’s paternity is finally revealed and James Dupree is definitely her father ,only he was told by her mother that complications occurred and the baby didn’t make it. So imagine his surprise when they meet on multiple occasions and learns of her existence. He doesn’t force himself on her nor does she on him, but their relationship is extremely complicated as discoveries are made involving Nicolas Crawford in an illegal manner and threatening their lives her’s and Phoenix’s once again. Phoenix must deal with the downfall of his fathers empire where very deep secrets, lies, murder and cold case evidence are brought to light. This very explosive and addictive book had me glued to the last page and ends with a cliffhanger…that is about to blow up in everyone’s world. I’m definitely looking forward to Book 4 « Tell me to Burn » 🔥!

Secrets and lies cannot stay hidden forever.

This is a very complex story with a lot of psychological tension centered around past secrets. A tangled web of lies and inner darkness surrounds everyone and the plot twists are fascinating. I hadn't read the previous two books in this series so I had to connect the dots a few times. Jade's ability to assess difficult situations and seek realistic solutions is impressive. Her unflinching love for Phoenix shines throughout and you have to admire the patience she shows dealing with his family dramas then her own family secrets. Only Phoenix seems to realise her true strength of character and his devotion to her is intense. The suspense and drama is at a high level in this book and draws you into its captivating depths. I will now have to read books one and two to fill in the gaps then probably reread this book three before the final book is released. Book four promises to be interesting as Nicholas faces the consequences of past actions and Phoenix continues to salvage the family legacy.

SUSPENSE, SECRETS, & BETRAYALS UNFOLDS MAKING THIS A UNPUTDOWNABLE READ!!

We jump back into the suspenseful secretive world of the Crawford family again. This time we get the reveal of Jades' father and how connected she is to Phoenix's family than she truly knew. With more and more secrets & betrayals unraveling it leaves the characters in a complicated situation of who to trust now. So many questions left here that will leave you with an all time high anticipation for what will happen next with this couple.

If you love dark themes, conspiracies, hidden identity, family secrets, touch her and die, possessive antihero, suspense, and mafia vibes then you definitely want this one. It ends with so many questions setting up the next book for an explosive finale and a lot of anticipation until then!!

You must read the previous books because this one starts right off the bat from the last.  I had trouble following at first till I went back and re-read the last chapter of the previous book.

Throughout the book, I admit at times that I didn't understand what was going on. I place the blame on not understanding the logistics of the company that the MMC was running. It disrupted the flow of the read since so many different things were happening in each chapter.

Overall, the story was fascinating.  Although you can tell this is a mid-book. Things that were solved really didn't hold much merit but opened a lot of mysteries for the final book.

Olive and Nicholas are Pheonix’s parents. One afternoon, they are getting together. Phoenix has his girlfriend Jade there. Also, James is there. James is Jade’s father, but he doesn’t know it. Everyone was kind of on edge once Jade arrived, because they all knew except James. Jade wouldn’t look at him. Talk about awkward. Later, Olive gives Jade some answers she has been looking for. Secrets that had previously been hidden start to come out and everyone is trying to protect themselves. There are a lot of twists that keep the reader engaged.

Jade and Phoenix

I had been patiently waiting for the 3rd book so we could see how Jade handles the news she discovers as the end of book 2. This book has a new person in it who causes problems for the family. It has a lot of different bumps in the road for the couple and a bit of reconciliation. This book captures your attention and is really hard to put down as the story moves so smoothly. Cannot wait for book 4 to come out but do highly recommend this one.

As usual Charlotte Byrd draws me in from the beginning and I'm hooked to the book up to the very end wanting more and patiently waiting for the next book in this series. In this segment of the series there's answers to the questions that are floating in the reader's head, but also surprises in the plot you aren't prepared for like intense situations and hidden identities that keeps you on tenterhooks waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Jade and Phoenix both learn things that they did not know about their parents and lineage and wonder if they will be able to ever find a peaceful life. Good read.

Book 3 of Jade and Phoenix’s story, it is advisable to read the first two in order to get the gist of what is happening. Phoenix is just as possessive as usual, their relationship complicated at times but the mystery and the lies and the discoveries are just as dramatic as ever. The twists and turns just keeps me turning the pages. Honestly there’s nothing that Charlotte can’t write that I just can’t help but devour it all. Can’t wait for her next book.

There is heaps of different things happening in this series and none are getting resolved, they just get twisted around more and more and I'll keep reading.
