From small town romance author, Brooke Montgomery, comes a family saga series based in the fictional town of Sugarland Creek, TN.
Sugarland Creek Volume Two includes books 3-5.
Fall With Me Meet Landen & Ellie in this dislike to lovers romance about a barrel racer who loses her memory and the rowdy cowboy she once hated but no longer remembers.
Only With Me Meet Waylon & Harlow in this forbidden age gap romance about a girl who connects with a mysterious man and her sister’s older ex-boyfriend who knows he should stay away.
Sin With Me Meet Wilder & Delilah in this hidden identities romance about a girl who wakes up married in Vegas to her ex-boyfriend’s twin brother.
This series is intended for mature audiences only. Please read the content warnings. Each book in this Southern, small town series is a stand-alone and ends in a happily ever after. The paperback edition includes bonus scenes and character art.
Brooke has been writing romance since 2013 under the USA Today Bestselling author retired pen names: Brooke Cumberland and Kennedy Fox, and now: Brooke Montgomery and Brooke Fox. She loves writing small town romance with big families and happily ever afters! She lives in the frozen tundra of Packer Nation with her husband, teenager daughter and pack of dogs. Brooke's addicted to caffeine, cold winter nights, and afternoon naps. She found her passion for telling stories during winter break one year in grad school—and she hasn’t stopped since.
Brooke can do no wrong when it comes to writing cowboys, small towns and overbearing siblings!! While I loved Noah + Fisher, adored Tripp + Magnolia. Landen + Ellie have stolen the top spot for me. I mean Landen waited 4 years for Ellie and even when she despised him he was always sweet to her.
Ellie is an up and coming barrel racer who comes to Sugarland Creek to get trained by Noah, Landen's younger sister when Landen in wrangled into assisting. He is smitten from first sight and she can't stand him. He has no idea why though. He spends the next 4 years in the dark as to why she despises him so much while he is slowly falling for her and continuing to be there for her.
After an accident while racing, Ellie wakes up with amnesia and she suddenly doesn't remember hating him. The building of their relationship was written so well. I loved the one month deal and how they spent time getting to know each other through texts and the FaceTime calls when Landen would read to Ranger. The time they spent building their relationship helped because when the truth about the past and their connection to each other, she stood up for herself and refused to be manipulated again. She had such determination to not only give her and Landen a happy ending they deserved but to also win the NFR Championship that next year.
I can't wait for the next story in the series.
Only With Me:
I need a Waylon Hollis in my life. I am a sucker for a forbidden trope. Waylon is one half of the Hollis twins. Harlow is 12 years his junior, and his ex girlfriends sister. There are some definite sensitive and tough subjects in the story (read the trigger warnings) but I felt like they were written very well and treated with care.
I am not typically a fan of the teach me trope but with Waylon and Harlow is just worked so well. Although Harlow has no experience, she wasn't shy or scared. The stuff that came out of that girls mouth has me cracking up. She always managed to shock Waylon with the timing of her questions. I loved the scenes in the truck and the jar of hearts had me tearing up.
Both of the characters had a boatload of baggage in the form of family. For Harlow is was her Dad as well as her "incident" and Waylon has spent his whole life looking after Wilder. You can't help but root for these two after all they have been through. I can't believe there is only one Hollis sibling left. I am not ready to leave Sugarland Creek. I may never be.
Sin With Me:
Sin With Me is book 5 in the Sugarland Creek Series and the last (cue the tears). Brooke saved the best for last in my opinion. This one features Wilder (Waylon's Twin) and Delilah (Harlow's older sister and Waylon's Ex). While every book in the series is a standalone, I highly recommend reading book 4, Only With Me before you read this one. Wilder & Waylon's stories are very much tied together.
Now on to the good stuff.... Wilder & Delilah were everything and more. They were the perfect ending to this series, even if I am super sad to see it go. The way their lives crossed so many times even before she started dating Waylon. Their connection was soul deep before they even met. I loved the phone calls and how just hearing her voiced saved Wilder from destruction on more than one occasion. The growth he made throughout the book was phenomenal. Delly was struggling in her own way, floating in the grief of losing her father and not knowing what she wanted to do with her life anymore. Wilder gave her purpose and showed her she deserved to be loved.
There was plenty of spice and even a little suspense. I loved the Vegas scenes, but what I loved even more was the 30 days after when Wilder was trying to prove to Delilah that they should stay married.
If you love these tropes then you will love Sin With Me, honestly you'll love the whole dang series. - Small Town - Cowboy Romance - Ex's Twin Brother - Accidental Marriage - Friends to Lovers - Secret Identity
Fall with me – 5 stars – Great addition to the series - Landen & Ellie Fall with me, the next in the Sugarland Creek series, is Landen & Ellie's story and we know from previous books in the series that the barrel racer who trains with Noah, Landen's sister, hates Landen, what we don't know is why. The whole snarky relationship lends itself to some great banter and sparring between the two. Landen has nursed a crush on Ellie since she started training with Noah and we get plenty of this narrative at the start of the story. We also get the inside to a tragedy that happened Landen's final year of school, the death of a friend and the subsequent suicide of his best mate, which impacts the story in unforeseen ways. I loved the way the story unfolded, lots going on and plenty of interactions from the other Hollis family members. A very enjoyable read if small town, cowboy, rodeo action type reads are your happy place. Can be enjoyed as a standalone but the series is best read in order.
Only With Me– 4.5 stars – Slow burn, age gap I enjoyed getting to know Waylon in this. Both him as a person and understanding the pressure on him to be there and feel responsible for his twin. His relationship with Harlow, the younger sister of an ex, starts out innocently enough, over text chats, not really knowing who the other was, and came to an abrupt end once he discovered who she was; he couldn’t possibly have a relationship with his ex-girlfriends little sister, 12 years younger than him, but as we’ve seen from Noah and Fisher, big age gaps are not something Ms. Montgomery shies away from in her stories. It all starts up again, this time both aware who they are speaking to, and develops in a weird (and amusing) teacher / student direction all while he falls harder and harder for her. Mental health issues are a big plot device in this story keeping the joy tempered somewhat and emotions running high, but that aside it’s actually a sweet, slow burn romance that I enjoyed reading.
Sin With Me– 4.5 stars – Good final chapter to this series Wilder has been a wild one throughout this whole series and in Waylon’s story “Only with Me” we started to see inside Wilder’s mental health struggles, why he behaves the way he does, and focusing on this is how “Sin with Me” opens. Via a crisis help line, we get to see the start of his relationship with Delilah. Fast forward a decade and Waylon has tasked Delilah with babysitting Wilder’s drunken shenanigans. In an impulsive moment, she kisses him and long buried feelings on both sides come rushing forward. Despite the impulsive wedding in Vegas, I did love the character development we see from both Wilder and Delilah, considering the grief and depression they suffer, but the book has so much more going on. With secondary characters, the acting out of long held grudges, domestic battles, and kidnapping, there’s plenty happening to keep interest high and the pages turning. It was a good ending to a series I’ve enjoyed reading a lot.
Aaron Sherlock and Stella Hunter did amazing with Landon and Ellie’s characters! I have never listened to them before and they did wonderful.
Oh my goodness!!! I loved Landen and Ellie’s story so much!! The banter back and forth between the two is just *chef’s kiss.*
Ellie hates Landen, but he has no clue why she does. This only makes Landen crush on her more. Landen helps train Ellie with her barrel riding and she can’t stand that she has to be around him when she secretly has a small crush on him.
While racing she passes out and ends up in the hospital and can’t remember Landen and openly says that she thinks he is hot. He cautiously uses this opportunity to get to know Ellie, when there is a chance she will remember everything and go back to hating him.
I am seriously falling more in love with this series! I can’t wait for the twins!!!!
Only With Me:
I LOVE Teddy Hamilton and he always does a fantastic job! This is my first time listening to Ava Erickson and she did a wonderful job with Harlow.
Like this series gets better with every sibling! I love how there is suspense in this story along with the romance/spicy scenes too! Check the trigger warnings… I loved Waylon and Harlow’s story! Age gap, ex-girlfriend’s sister and all the things. They were unknowingly were texting each other and started to get feelings but Waylon found out who she was and ended it but only to miss talking to her and found another way. Plus all the lessons he was teaching her- I need a man like Waylon in my life! Can’t wait to read Wilder’s book!!!
Sin With Me:
Of course Teddy Hamilton had to voice for Waylon’s twin brother Wilder and my gosh I just melt at his voice. Avery Caris did wonderful with bringing Delilah’s character to life.
I can't believe this series has come to an end! I will miss the Hollis'! Please read this series in order, to me it just flows better if you do.
I absolutely loved this book. Wilder has had feelings for his twin's ex girlfriend for years, but he thinks the feelings aren't returned and she has to babysit him when he goes out drinking to make sure he doesn't do something stupid. He is dealing with depression and is trying to be better for his family (and Delly). Delilah is dealing with the aftermath of her dad dying and trying to figure out what her purpose is, because she no longer has joy trick riding. While she is watching out for Wilder, they get so drunk that they get married in Vegas. I loved how they allowed each other to just be themselves when they were feeling down and able to express themselves without being judged. Of course there was a little suspense in the mix (not saying anything- you will have to read the book *wink*). Like I said, so sad to see this series end, but can't wait for the next one to begin!!!
Fall with me is the 3rd book in The Sugarland Creek series and follows Landon and Ellie's love story! I have been looking forward to their story for quite some time, and when I learned it was enemies to lovers and Ellie has amnesia that makes her forget she doesn't like Landon, my excitment was through the roof! I loved how this book evolved and how we were slowly able to put the pieces together as to why Ellie hated Landon so much! I felt for Ellie so much. I can't imagine having to go through that revelation and everything you ever thought being flipped upside down and turned inside out. This book is narrated by Stella Hunter and Aaron Shedlock. I loved this listen so much!
Only With Me 5⭐️2🌶️5🎧
Only With Me is the 4th book in the The Sugarland Creek series and follows Waylon and Harlow's love story! I love these two so dang much! I always go into sibling's ex's story hesitantly, because they can get more messy than I want to read, but Brooke wrote this story perfectly! I loved the secret identity in the beginning, and how the morphed to friends, to "friendly" phone smashing for lessons, and then eventually more. Waylon fell first and he fell so hard even with how hard he fought it. This book is narrated by Ava Erickson and Teddy Hamilton. I loved this listen so much! Teddy is king and I will listen to him read anything. Patiently waiting for Siri to hire him so he can Dom me into doing laundry.
Sin With Me 5⭐️2🌶️5🎧
Sin With Me is the 5th and final book in the The Sugarland Creek series and follows Wilder and Delilah's love story! I was so dang excited when we learned these two got drunk in Vegas and got married at the end of Only With Me and couldn't wait to dive into this book. Boy oh boy did the prologue start with a bang! I'm obsessed with how they started talking, how freaking kismet. Jumping to the present; I loved their banter so much and how they grew closer. I loved that they both feelings but never made the move, until that super hot truck moment, then everything changed. Delilah wanted to keep fighting it, but I loved how open Wilder was to what he wanted. I love how we get introduced to Amelia and Raven in this book. They both get their HEA in Willow Brook Mountain series! Amelia's book is out now, and Raven's book releases June 2026!! This book is narrated by Avery Caris and Teddy Hamilton. I loved this listen so much! Teddy is king and I will listen to him read anything. Patiently waiting for Siri to hire him so he can read me my grocery list.
Thank you, Brooke Montgomery, for a gifted copy of Sugarland Creek Volume 2 audiobook. I love this series so dang much!
After listening to Volume 1 I was even more excited for Volume 2 and it was everything I was expecting and so much more. Volume 2 includes Fall With Me, Only With Me and Sin With Me and was the best 25 hours of ear love ever. I love how the previous couples are still so present in the stories without taking away from the main characters, and how we get a little bit of a different POV to some situations in the previous books through the new stories. Sugarland Creek is interwoven so well in how the stories continue to evolve and develop with the new couples.
Fall With Me: Landen & Ellie were one of my favorite reads of the series but the audio was even better. Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter were the perfect duo for this couple. They delivered on the wittiness, emotions and yearning perfectly. Ellie loathed Landen, but he had no idea why and never wavered in wanting her. After her accident she doesn't remember why she hated him so much and I really loved listening to them falling on love. Landen's patience and persistence paid off because these two were absolutely perfect for one another. I loved Ellie's softer side when it came out and how much she truly loved Landen.
Only With Me: Teddy Hamilton and Eva Erickson are two of my favorite narrators, especially together and them as Waylon & Harlow was narration magic in my ears. They delivered all the things with this couple. The spicy lessons were epic and the way he let her lead and take control was sexy as all get out. I loved listening to their text exchanges and how their relationship evolved. They gave all the sweet and spicy and left me wanting more.
Sin With Me: Wilder & Delilah absolutely stole my heart and experiencing their journey through Avery Caris and Teddy Hamilton added so much dimension to an already compelling and emotional story. Wilder & Delilah's history was emotional, yet so beautiful at the same time. What they meant to one another in the past and what they became was a true testament to soulmates and true love. Their chemistry and connection was incredible to experience in audio and makes you love them and their journey so much more.
Sugarland Creek, Volume Two was a phenomenal listen and I can't recommend this series in audio enough.
Huge thank you to Brooke and her team for this ALC in exchange for my honest review!
I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook bundle! This is such a good deal and I would highly suggest this to anyone!! I know I say often that I am not a huge dual narration girly... but these three were done so well in dual narration that I did not even mind the fact that they were in dual narration!!
I enjoyed Fall With Me however, I think this was my least favorite of the series.. but you have to hear me out! The plot was SO GOOD!! I absolutely adored this storyline and how Brooke ran with the amnesia trope. It felt so unique compared to all the amnesia tropes I have read or watched. Ellie was such a determined and stubborn FMC but I loved her dearly. Her storyline really pulled at my heart strings. Landen is a boy down bad and obsessed. I loved how cautious he was with Ellie's amnesia and her heart. Ellie and Landen together were a lot of fun and I loved their banter. My hang ups with this book was some things felt rushed and/or not finished. Their actual relationship together felt extremely rushed. Ellie's relationship with her cousin after being released felt rushed. Ellie's dad's co-worker that she was set up with and his involvement in the storyline felt extremely unfinished and rushed... it left me with more questions. Maybe I just wanted more out of this story though? With all that being said, I would give this 3.75 stars. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes! Would I reread? Yes!
Only With Me was so good! I have nothing but utter praise for this book. This book broke my heart and rebuilt me at the same time. I spent so much of this book sobbing and I loved every singe minute of it shamelessly. Harlow has such a beautiful and innocent soul. Her story was heart wrenching and hit so close to home. Waylon is such a sweet heart and is an absolute saint. His story line also was heart wrenching and hit so close to home. Harlow and Waylon together though? They were everything. The way they helped each other heal and supported one another was so well written. I genuinely could tell the amount of love, care and effort Brooke obviously put in this book. With that being said, this book was the perfect build up for Sin With Me and by the end of it, I was absolutely feral to start Wilder and Delilah's story. I would give this book 4.5 stars! Would I recommend this to a friend? 100x yes! Would I reread? Yes!
Sin With Me was easily my favorite book in the series! I was sobbing from the prologue to the end.. and constantly. Wilder and Delilah's story was everything. This was a beautifully written emotional rollercoaster that I have nothing but praise for. I loved everything about Delilah. You could tell she was nothing but a pure soul and a heart of gold. I felt for Wilder immensely and his storyline wrecked me on so many levels because of how close to home it hit. Delilah and Wilder together were the most perfect match and their story was honestly perfect. Their connection was unreal and undeniable. Not to mention the depth of their relationship and connection... this book gave me chills while also breaking me in every way possible while also curing part of me. Brooke touched on such sensitive topics with such care... you can honestly tell how much care, love and effort she put into this story. I would give this 4.75 stars. Would I recommend this? 1000x yes! But please check the triggers! Would I reread? Yes!
Overall, I will give this bundle 4-4.5 stars and I would highly suggest this to a friend!
Sugarland Creek, Volume Two follows more of the Hollis family, including Landen and Ellie, and then adding in the Fanning sisters for the final two books because what series isn’t complete without twins marrying sisters?
This volume starts off with Ellie hating Landen but never telling him (or anyone else) why, so when she loses her memory after a riding accident no one can remind her why and she ends up falling for him. With these Hollis brothers, it’s hard not to!
Harlow and Delilah’s stories hold a special place in my heart because I relate to theirs more than the others.
Harlow meets Waylon in a group chat without knowing who he is, mainly that he’s her sister’s ex and 11 years older than she is. He figures it out first and tries to stay away (though not very hard) until they end up matching on a dating app and she asks him for sex advice. The things she comes up with to ask him are hilarious. Gotta love a little forbidden secret romance!
Don’t worry, Delilah isn’t too mad since she’s actually interested in Waylon’s twin, Wilder, and has been since she answered his call on a crisis hotline before they ever met and has been helping him fight his demons for 9 years as friends before they finally give in and end up hitched in Vegas while the family is all there to support Ellie in the rodeo.
There’s some drama, some suspense, some tears, and lots of laughs!
Thank you, Brooke Montgomery, for the opportunity to ALC review this book! Now I just have to try to narrow down my favorite couple…
Okay, I said this with the first collection (Volume One), but it also applies to this audio collection as well! Whether you are new to the Sugarland Creek world, or are a long time fan of the series like I am, these collections are a great way to dive into this world, or revisit it & your favorite couples! Each story follows a Hollis sibling & their journey to finding their true love & a happily ever after!
This collection is books 3-5: Fall With Me, Only With Me, and Sin With Me! They are each 5 star reads for me! The stories, the characters, the romance/spice, the family dynamics, the suspense that each has, they are just so good! I love love love them! These also have great mental health representation in them!
The audios, they are fantastic!! Dual narration, & all of the narrators did so well bringing their respective characters to life! Just like in the first collection, there are some heavier accents in the audios, but it fits with the setting & lifestyle of the characters, so to me it was more authentic & I enjoy it.
Fall With Me: Aaron Shedlock & Stella Hunterr Only With Me: Teddy Hamilton & Ava Erickson Sin With Me: Teddy Hamilton & Avery Caris
Highly recommend these two collections for any newbies to Sugarland Creek, as well as for readers/listeners like me who love to go back to it over and over!
**Thank you to Brooke & Team for the gifted audio opportunity!**
Oh my heart Ellie and Landon’s book was a good one! This is a true enemies to lovers/golden retriever vibes, yes Ellie suffers from her accident and forgets about the beef she had with Landon.
Narration by Aaron Sedlock and Stella Hunter was amazing. They were on point and captured all the emotions.
Only With Me
Sister’s Ex’s, say less! I mean it was inevitable. Harlow and Waylon were meant to be In each others live one way or the other. They started as “strangers” since the last time Waylon saw Harlow she wasn’t the woman she was now.
Both fought their feelings towards one another until obviously it was impossible to hold back.
Teddy Hamilton one of my fave narrators he defintely was perfect for Waylon. I really haven’t heard much from Ava Erickson but she was amazing for Harlow!
Sin With Me
This book put me through it! It was pulling all the heart strings. Lovely story and I love the HEA!
Teddy Hamilton and Avery Caris were perfect for Wilder and Delilah. GET THOSE TISSUES READY! Both narrators capture all the emotions. They did a PHENOMENAL job!
I am so glad these are bundled now because it’s so much easier to just slid from one story into the next making it so you remember the little details that get recalled in other stories. Love love love.
First is Fall With Me a dislike to lovers with a bit of amnesia thrown in. This one might be my favorite in this bundle. They way our hero handled the whole situation was 😍.
Only With Me is next and it’s a forbidden age gap that hand me giggling and kicking my fit. Delicious.
Then it’s Sin With Me with its oops look who just got married in Vegas to her ex’s twin brother!!! This one was fantastic.
Volume two is just as good as the first! The narrators are absolutely phenomenal and the stories are just as good no matter how many times you read them! Tripp and Ellie, Waylon and Harlow, Wilder and Dakota are all such amazing characters and I loved them all so much! The love, healing, comradery, family, spice, and suspense is incredible. Brooke Montgomery is an amazing author - if she writes it, I’m reading (or listening) to it! If you haven’t checked out Sugarland Creek before, here’s the sign you’ve been waiting for! Each story has it’s own unique plot with twists you won’t see coming. No matter what your favorite tropes are, there’s a little something for everyone.
As always the audio narrators do such a fantastic job with these books. And I love the narrators don’t repeat in every book. You get to feel the differences in each Carter for each book and fall head over heels for them all! I am obsessed with this series and will continue to reread and listen to them when ever I get a chance. Worth every read and you will fall in love with there is a couple for everyone!
This volume set includes 3 books on the series and continues you through this amazing family.
if you love binge reading a series these Sugarland Creek Volumes are perfect it puts all the books in 2 easy to listen selections.
Volume 1 may have my favorite couple however Volume 2 has my favorite stories. from Landen and Ellie and their enemies to lovers. followed by Waylon and Harlow in their age gap. to then end with Wilder and Delilah and her falling for her ex's twin.
I don’t know what it is, but hot cowboys make me swoon! Each of these books MC’s just got sexier and sexier! Totally swoon-worthy! And I’m here for it and their filthy mouths!
