A book to judge by its cover. Short and sweet as confectionary, it's a step inside a magic world--eight chapters in all--and the life of the very likeable Millie Butterbloom. Millie, a retired chocolatier, spends her days concocting delicious treats for the locals--yes expect some luscious sounding concoctions--until a new arrival and rival for the fickle affection of the chocolate buying community sweeps into town. Will outright war be declared? That would be telling, so I'm not going to, just say this is a delightful debut.
