A fake girlfriend deal, a spontaneous Vegas wedding, and the handyman she’s been secretly in love with for years.
Delainee Hart has spent years watching Cruz Jackson mow her family’s lawn—and pretending she isn’t hopelessly in love with him. So when she finds out he’s going to Disneyland with his friends, she does what any rational woman would do.
She begs to go.
Cruz agrees on one she has to pretend to be his girlfriend so his friends will finally stop teasing him.
Easy. Harmless. Completely fake.
Until a sudden stop in Vegas turns their pretend relationship into a very real marriage—one that unlocks her inheritance, funds medical school, and gives Lainee the freedom she’s always wanted.
The only complication?
They’ve both been in love for years.
A closed-door romantic comedy perfect for readers who love chemistry without the spice.
Marrying My Hot Handyman is a delightful, rich girl falling for the hired help, marriage of convenience romance. I have been waiting for Cruz and Delainee's story since the first book in this series. Deelainee has spent years watching Cruz, her mother's handyman, mow the lawn and fix things. I love that Delainee wanted her inheritance to pay for school - both for herself and for Cruz. I love that they figured out they were both crazy about each other and that they stood up to Lainee's mother. It is always satisfying when a delightful couple gets their HEA!
This was such a cute story. Delainee had crushed on Cruz ever since he began work for her mom. Going on a vacation and pretending to be his girlfriend would be a breeze. But as they were pulling into Las Vegas, Delainee proposes they get married. How will a marriage with the handyman work out for the spoiled rich girl? I recommend you read the book to find out.
Loved this one so much! What an absolutely adorable marriage of convenience. Adored Cruz & Lainee together. Bot secretly in love with each other?! Swoon.
