Another booked finished and on to the second one in this series. This book is about robbery, death, hidden treasure and more. Ashley lived somewhere in a big city. After finding her fiance cheating on her and then loosing her job, she decided time for a change. Here great Aunt Celia left her, her cottage in Florida and Ashley decided if wax a good place to start and decided later what she would do. The trip was long and tiring but her and her dog made it, finally. They got out walking the beach and getting to know the lay of the land. When she got home noticed a doggy door, which was great, so she showed it to her dog and he was set. Ashley thought the dog door was great until a couple day later she heard he dog back and then found someone stuck in the doggy door and called the police. What a change, now she felt the police suspected her and things kept happen so she decided to take charge. Go get this book so you can walk with Ashley an read everything that happens to her. A map to murder by Molly B Blake

A lovely little book. It took me about an hour to read.

Ashley inherits a house in Florida and when her life falls apart she decides to go there with her beagle Sherman and do the house up for sale.

Here our story begins. First a murder and several attempted break ins, then stories of maps and boot legging and threats.

With the police convinced that Ashley caused the murder Ashley decides to look into it herself. She makes some local friends who help her investigate what’s going on.

A beautifully written story with lovely descriptions. An enjoyable way to pass the time. I look forward to reading more by this author.

A Map to Murder is an Excellent story about Ashley Pierce and her clever dog Sherman. Ashley inherited a Beach Cottage from her Great Aunt Celia. After she arrived they went for a walk and when they arrived back found someone dead. Ashley with Sherman started to look into the mystery with the support from Megan and Emily. But can they find all the pieces of this puzzle and discover the truth?

As her life plans fall apart one day after the other, Ashley learns she has inherited a cottage in Florida by a great aunt. She decided to move, restore the cottage, and then sell it. Again, her plans have been disrupted by finding a man who was murdered while trying to break into her cottage.
This story was an enjoyable and engaging read. The main character had a lot of spunk and made the most of her circumstances.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. I really enjoyed this cozy mystery set in a small town where everyone knows what’s going on. I liked the fact that the story had diverse characters who were believable. I liked that there were some twists and turns in the book that left you wondering who was responsible. I enjoyed the authors writing style and appreciated that there was no gore in the book, just straight and to the point. I felt it was a nice heartwarming cozy mystery that gave the main character a fresh start.

With the police looking only st her, as the new person in town, it's clear she's going to have to get to the bittom of this herself. While searching several suspects emerge and the threats to her safety elevate. Will she identify and stop the killer before someone else pays the ultimate price?

A Map to Murder

Finally! A book about a reasonbly intelligent woman 👩 ✨️. I do get tired of the same old hackneyed stories about damsels in distress that are really stupid. Good for anybody that can read.
