Not these stupid twins being on the cover... I thought we were gonna at least get to see the Seba brothers tag team fight, but NOPE 🤡 This part of the story hasn't been compelling for me and it makes me sad because I really want to care about the final arc

it feels so bittersweet bc the end is def coming (i mean LU is fighting someone again). glad to see all the characters get their fights. lu. HEISUKE!! and we even got two cool badass siblings against the JCC CREW!! ugh love the sebas sm and these young kids working together. saakmoto days still moves me man

Not sure how to feel about this volume I like all the camaraderie between the Sakamoto store employees and the JCC students. Mafuyu has definitely come to appreciate his brother and shakeoff the terrible feelings their father used to instill in them.

Shiina and Kippei remind me of the demon siblings from the Demon Slayer ‘Entertainment District’ Arc. Younger, flashy and reckless sibling paired with an older, sneaky and ruthless sibling dynamic.

I had completely forgotten Lu’s peak strength doesn’t manifest unless she’s completely drunk….unfortunate really. I’m glad Granny Mya was there and Heisuke too to help defeat the policeman.

Heisuke’s fight was a great showcase for his progress as a fighter but his opponent Kumanomi just seems to be regressing in terms of battle prowess. And Suzuki has not done a good job explaining why that is. Maybe he just doesn’t have anything left creatively for that character and that’s a bummer too. 3/5 stars.
