SERAPHIEL, aka Brock, is the son of a Fallen angel, and a human mother. He is the first Nephilim to ever be spawn, and the most powerful of his kind. He is so powerful he can destroy his enemies with just a thought!

He has spent over 5,000 years battling every kind of evil one can imagine. Principle Demons! His own demon brothers! His demon father! Street Gangs! Pedophiles! Religious Occults! Human Traffickers! And many many more!

He can descent to Hell, or ascend to Paradise, to deliver or retrieve a human’s spirit! His word carries a lot of weight. It is the law that Watcher respect, and demons fear!

No one, and nothing, can defeat him! Not even Lucifer!! Or so he thought...

He has come up against a force that is so powerful, it has left him physically and emotionally debilitated. Unfortunately there is something he needs to do, to stop an unexpected death, but he can’t remember!!

The Archangel Michael, although amused, has to step in; and take control of the situation. Because not even he realized that Seraphiel’s Achilles Heel is.... MUCH ADO!!!

My...My...My.........This latest story in the "Spirit Mate" series is EVERYTHINGGG!!!!!

This story was about things long overdue coming to head, attitudes being checked, people being put in their places, love ones returning home, new love being found, new pregnancy announcements, visiting paradise and Brock needing to be put down into REM sleep (who knew that even he needs sleep but unlike humans Nephilim don't need that much of it.)

Brock was losing sleep, patience and everything in between really quickly. There was too many things happening in the estate and now it was getting to him (the gerunds were driving him crazy). So his dad the Archangel Michael had to step in, to shut Brock down, to get everyone out of his place and off of the estate. He had to put Brock under because he didn't like what was going on with him and how the craziness of everyone else was getting to him.

Michael sent the older Walker women, the younger Walker women and his beloved Verenda (Ruby) to Brock's island to hash out their differences once and for all. Verenda didn't like it one bit and they only reason why she went is because Michael told her the Master wants it, because other than that she would not have went. And man oh man it was epic, I swear I am the twin of Verenda LOLLL!!! She laid into the older Walker women as if she was walking through fire and not being burned. I was cheering, hooping, hollering and doing fist pumps in the air. Oh I am so, so glad she read them down and obliterated each and everyone of them off their make believe high horses. And when it was all said and down they all apologized to her and Verenda had already forgiven them before they even came to the island. But what I love about her is this, she still will not deal with them on that level, so if they thought that just because everything was out in the air, they could forget it and Verenda let them know it too. Verenda's wrecking crew of core women came through to stand with her on that island too, and they let those old broads know, we run deep and we stick together.

The men were having a blast without the women, that just goes to show you that these men didn't want to be around their cantankerous wives either and were glad they weren't around LOLL!!! It was wonderful to see Pastor Floyd back at the church he founded, although the congregation turned their backs on him, the Lord dealt with the whole place, it was like when God had the serpents biting the Israelites and God told Moses to hold up his staff and if anyone looked to it they will be saved. The congregation reaction and repented of their ways and the Lord stayed the hand of the Angel (Remember when King David, saw the Angel with his sword in his hand standing between Heaven and Earth). Do not touch God's anointed.

This story has quickly become one of my favorites and especially will be added to my list of re-reads that is for sure. Next story up is "The Archangel Chamiel" which is book 3 in the "Sanctioned Mate" series which I will be starting hopefully later on tonight Woot! Woot!

Well Until My Next Review Ciao Bellas!

Great Read!

Ms. Eva Brock has done it again. Every book she writes gets better and better. Everyone who has kept up with this series is a witness that every book she unveils there is a mystery on who is related to who and why we didn't see that coming. I really enjoy reading this series and then passing my book along to my mom to read it as well. I couldn't wait for this book to be released and it was well worth the wait! I believe everyone that reads this Series/book will be hooked because this is one of the best series I've read in a long time! I will definitely refer this book to others.

This is my second time reading this book in this series of books. And the second book I read of this series. Brock is a bit stressed out from all the petty stuff that is going on around him and tired from it as well. The ending of this story seems like it was the first time I read it. It seems I can relate to Smooth and Angel's story much to well. Another great read!

This again was a fantastic read! Each new story is more inspiring than the last. Each character has their own unique story a complex one that intertwines with the previous characters in unusual ways. Her writing is never boring or predictable, just when you think you have it figured out a new twist emerges. I love the constant fight of good versus evil and the way sometimes the lines can be blurred. Her work might be fictional but it has a basis in truth and it leaves the reader a better understanding of that internal fight in all of us. It reminds us to not judge someone without fully knowing their whole story.

Much Ado

This an awesome series and it keeps getting better and better. Ms. EJ Brock knows how to write a story and this one was so good that I purposely stop reading, because I did want it to end; but once I stopped reading I had to start back again, because I was wondering what would happen next. Now, I'm wondering what I will read next, I guess I will have to read this again? I'm definitely team Brock and Jodi.

6 degrees of separation

It amazes me how connected we are to so many people and don't even realize it. Throughout this series the Walkers have brought 6 degrees of separation to life. EJ Brock has done a wonderful job of showing the depths of relationships.

Finally ... Peace!

Thank God for Michael recognizing Brock's condition! It forced a multitude of wrongs to be righted and finally Angel is home!
