I agree with the reviewer who said it read like it was written by AI. I felt no emotions here - not anger, devastation, sadness or anything else from the MCs (aka FMC & OM who is the OW's bf).
Do not recommend this to my safety friends or anyone else for that matter unless you enjoy bland reads with little emotions and substance.

Maybe it was the page count, but something was missing to really kick the angst up to a level “cheating” tropes need to hook me. Writing was good though, and the bones of the story entertaining. The revenge was a bit excessive for me, I don’t think messing with someone’s livelihood is fair game. I would have been happy with just the emo mind games played against the two cheaters. I did like the 4 POV’s we were given so we could see the motivations of all four of the people involved. I’ll definitely read more from author.

Love this one…
Since it’s in the title, we know cheating is involved, and we find out fairly quickly what is happening. Rosalia is the FMC and Sean is the MMC. She’s married to David, and Sean has a girlfriend, Katherine.
It gets a little complicated… but not too complicated. This is easy to follow and the story line is actually a lot of fun. I totally felt for the FMC and then I fell for Sean. He sounds like such a good, decent man.
KU read and I really liked this one. Much of the spice comes from the cheaters, but there’s enough world and character building to keep readers happy, in my opinion. Recommended.

Poor loyal wife. Cheating entitled husband with next door neighbors girlfriend. Loyal wife and next door guy decide to get together and take them down. And the process is very entertaining. Yikes! Be prepared for an emotional ride.

JUST DESSERTS
While I wouldn’t normally advocate revenge to the degree Sean and Rosalie took it to, David and Katherine brought it on themselves. Cheaters eventually do end up experiencing the repercussions for their lying, deceitful behavior.
I love that Sean and Rosalie ended up together. And in the end Sean realized that despite all that he and Rosalie did to their cheating exes, it was as the old saying goes “the best revenge is living well”. Sean realized that the wonderful life they built together and the beautiful family he & Rosalie made together is what really mattered. And that is how they really won.
As for David and Katherine, they learned a hard lesson in life. If in fact, they learned anything. They lost their partners, their financial stability, their reputations, their careers, etc… in the end they stayed together, but not out of any deep love or respect. They almost had no choice at this point. Because they had no options economically nor romantically. I saw it play out this way with my ex and his side piece (eventually wife), who are together because they really just don’t have any choice at this point in life.

Honestly I was expecting more. I got this because in one of FB book groups it was recommended as a revenge HEA after cheating with the AP’s man as the new MMC. And in a way it was. But it’s not plotted out like that on page. It’s mostly the FMC and the new MMC sneaking around with the cheaters were sneaking around. The was also more sex between the cheaters on page than with the main couple. Unfortunately that doesn’t work for me because I read romance and it doesn’t matter what sub genre it falls into outside of that, and that means the book needs to primarily be about the main couple. I felt like this book focused too much on the FMC’s cheating husband and his narcissistic ego, than about the FMC or the MMC. Which means I found it lacking.
Besides that, the writing was going well and then somewhere after the 40% mark the editing fell off. There were so many continuity issues that it kept throwing me out of the story. That’s when I started wondering is this AI in some way? I personally feel like parts of it might have been assisted with AI.
Either way, I was disappointed. I will share my highlights later and I will point out parts I had issues with. Idk if I will continue with the other books by this author which I had already purchased. Smdh. Good luck.

Please stop saying bespoke!!
The story was actually pretty good and I enjoyed the plot and I enjoyed the characters and it was honestly very well written, but the author described every suit as bespoke. That means absolutely nothing to us. As the reader, a bespoke suit is just one that is tailor-made. The word bespoke does not make you sound smarter so please stop using it. I think it was in the story like 10 times. Otherwise, I highly recommend the story, but it really distracted from the quality of this book.

Continuity errors
I liked the story but started getting distracted by continuity errors - the color of Katherine's dress, the make and model of Sean's car, Rosalia's job, David's position at the firm, etc., and what happened at the party is never fully explained.

I felt things reading this. Mostly, I just wanted to shake Rose and tell her to OPEN HER EYES
(possible spoilers ahead)
The signs of David cheating on Rose were right there and she kept ignoring them. I get that some people “trust” their partners, but we are talking about a man who has been acting strange for over 3 months. Late nights coming home, constantly taking a shower, early mornings gone, missed dates, no smex, THE MAN CHANGING THE SHEETS, etc… no sir.
The neighbor, Sean (girlfriend was sleeping with David) was a great guy aka new H, except for the fact he didn’t really have much skin in this game. He was not married to the cheater. Why go through this big payback scheme? He had all the power over his girlfriend. He was older, richer, and more powerful. Just kick the girlfriend out and tell everybody how skanky she was. Problem solved. 🫣
It seems like he wanted Rose from the very start.
I have to admit I didn’t think very highly of Sean, at first. The fact that he’s a 50 year old billionaire, dating a 20something influencer is just yuck. It’s like #1 on a billionaire’s to-do checklist. He would have been an insta red flag for me.
I absolutely love petty paybacks. My favorite part. I just really struggle with the whole fact Rose and Sean continued to live with the cheaters. There’s NO WAY I would have been able to contain myself. I would have beat David upside the head with a golf club and Lorena Bobbitt’d his arse. 🤷♀️💃 There is absolutely no way I could’ve remained cool for almost a month.
I didn’t have any rage emotions reading this UNTIL I got to the chapter from David’s POV. 🤡 Being inside David’s head, showing what he was thinking/feeling when the affair started was absolutely disgusting. I felt all the rage. I wanted to see this man destroyed. I wanted his head stuck on a pole, in townhouse square- with buzzards eating his remains. That still would have been too good of an ending for him, IMO.
The fact this man ENJOYED boinking his mistress in his wife’s bed and on his wife’s sheets really pmo. THEN he had the balls to call his wife, (while his side piece was impaled on his c*ck) to talk to her. Ummmm. Sorry, death is too good for him.
After that POV, I was ready to see David destroyed.
I was actually wondering if this was his first affair, too? A man that has thoughts like that- I just can’t see where he’s remained faithful for 10 years.
So yeah, this book would’ve been pretty meh for me if not for David’s POV thrown in. That chapter made me invested in seeing him SUFFER.

Bleeding Love was about 37-year-old Rosalie Vanguard, a gallery director, and 50-year-old Sean Sterling, the owner and CEO of Sterling Conglomerates.
Rosalie and 46-year-old David Vanguard, a corporate attorney, had been married for ten years when she learned from Sean that her husband was having an affair with 29-year-old Katherine Cole, Sean's fitness instructor girlfriend, and his private investigator had proof that it had been going on for more than three months. Sean planned to eviscerate the cheaters to the point they would never be able to look another person in the eye again. Then he and Rosalie slowly and systematically began dismantling their cheating partners.
This story had plenty of angst, drama, and the usual emotional rollercoaster, but what it lacked was depth and the ability to keep the reader glued to the pages. Unlike many revenge stories, this author chose not to go into too much detail about what the revenge would look like. Instead, the reader learned about what they planned as it happened, and the way it was told was more surgical and boring. For a revenge story to be pulled off in a way that the reader is able to enjoy it, there needs to be more details, more interaction between the planners, and to be able to witness the cheaters getting their comeuppance to the fullest degree possible. While we were able to get a glimpse of some of the retribution, we were only presented with the completed plan instead of being able to watch them plan it. This kept the two main characters apart for most of the planning.
The author didn't give too much background information for any of the characters, so we were only able to base their growth on what was on-page, and there wasn't a lot to base it on.
There was only one major inconsistency, and that was regarding the FMC's name, which kept changing between Rosalie and Rosalia.
I gave this a one-star rating. It really needs more work to earn anything higher, but it has great potential to be better.

Then her hot silver fox neighbour comes over and confirms her worst fears. He has a video of his girlfriend and her husband having sex. Rosalie, obviously devastated, wants to confront him immediately. But Sean has a better idea. He wants to make Sean and Katherine think that him and Rosalie are having an affair.
So they start hanging out together, getting closer, but only in the revenge capacity. Both are careful of the line they do not want to cross while still married to other people, but they start to have feelings for each other. Obviously, Katherine and David start unravelling.
David forbids Rosalie from seeing Sean, and Katherine is only worried about whether or not Sean will keep financially supporting her lifestyle.
Sean wants to dismantle David and Katherines careers and social standing. Rosalie is on board. They literally ruin them.
Like, by the end, David is working in some sort of department store and Katherine is a fast food manager (not that there’s anything wrong with those jobs, but in the context of who they were, there is a drastic lifestyle change.

The delicious revenge
Well... what a ride!
I spent this entire book wanting to shake some sense into David and throw Katherine directly into the nearest rubbish bin. The pair of them were absolutely insufferable, which made every single moment of their downfall that much more satisfying.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate Sean? The man played the long game and absolutely delivered. Watching David lose everything—his job, reputation, marriage, money, and eventually his dignity—was chef's kiss perfection. And Katherine discovering that the grass wasn't greener on the other side? Loved that for her.
What I appreciated most was that the ending didn't feel rushed. We got a proper epilogue showing exactly where everyone ended up. David and Katherine didn't magically bounce back—they were left living with the consequences of their choices, which felt incredibly realistic and satisfying.
Meanwhile Sean and Rosália got the ending they deserved. A happy marriage, two beautiful children, and a peaceful life built together after all the chaos. The revenge was fantastic, but seeing them genuinely happy years later was what really made the ending for me.
If you're looking for a book packed with betrayal, drama, revenge, and a couple you can't help but root for, this one absolutely delivers. And that ending? Perfect. No notes.

I really enjoyed this book
Rosalia has been married for 10 years to David and egotistical Lawyer who thinks the world revolves around him and his wants, when she starts to feel her husband disconnect and she starts to doubt his loyalty and love.
Sean is the billionaire neighbour next door with his 29 year old girlfriend Katherine who is a fitness instructor.
This is a story about cheating and has explicit sex scenes but those scenes are with the cheaters for the bulk of this story.
David pretends to despise Katherine and portrays Katherine as beneath them, the reality is David and Katherine have been having an affair for months.
Sean finds out first and tells Rosalia who can’t believe it but Sean has video evidence from his home security cameras.
Then this is the start of Sean and Rosalia working together to systematically destroy both of the cheaters before he dumps Katherine and she divorces David.
I do like the evil they do to destroy the cheaters David & Katherine and it then allows Sean and Rosalia to build their own relationship from the ruins of the people who betrayed them.
I loved the last chapter its ends the story nicely where we see Sean and Rosalia 5 years later and what their lives look like.

I do like the evil they do to destroy the cheaters David & Katherine and it then allows Sean and Rosalia to build their own relationship from the ruins of the people who betrayed them.
I loved the last chapter its ends the story nicely where we see Sean and Rosalia 5 years later and what their lives look like.

Love this!
Beautifully written. Not too over-long. Just the perfect combination of angst and passion. It swept me up and occupied my thoughts momentarily delving into the surreal realities of the life of the privileged 1%. Well, a semblance of it. The ending round the whole story making it a satisfying conclusion. Tales of betrayal and revenge never interested me in the past because I have an unyielding hatred to be in such a situation, didn't want my home wrecked or become a home-wrecker. I wanted a Happily-ever-after like all women in love with their husbands. I had a perfect marriage with a man I truly loved. I had a beautiful marriage...until I didn't. You can't appreciate the depth of the heartache of the betrayal until it happens to you. This is the 1st book of betrayal and revenge I've read since my marriage collapsed. Took me 15 years. This book is well written and the author did not waste unnecessary narrative.
I highly recommend this book. Just be warned of several trigger points which the author prefaced in the book.

This was a quick read for me - I enjoyed it but was lacking in some areas as I usually like detail when it comes to the revenge of the injured party and the comeuppance of the sinners.
The FMC Rose was a little meek, until she got the support of Sean, the other injured party (OW BF)
David the MMC is your typical powerful man who craves control and is outright disgusting. To the point where he was having sex with his wife and pretended he was having sex with the OW Katherine. Using the same dirty talk he used with the OW. The FMC later on caught on to this when she saw the incriminating video.
The revenge was good in theory, although we didn’t get this information outright on what the scorned parties were planning. I thought Rose was going to reveal it when she was ready to rehash her conversation with Sean on the matter. There were missing bits and pieces IMO where we don’t get a glimpse of how the cheaters acted after each incident where Rose and Sean were trying to make them jealous by spending time together.
The cheaters' comeuppance is what I thrive on, but this one was a little flat. David lost his corporate lawyer gig - able to get a corporate job again and is working in a men's clothing store Katherine is no longer an influencer and is working in fast food.
Sean and Rose got their HEA which ended quite nicely.

In today’s digital age I love that money is less a barrier for an author to self publish. That being said when an author formally launches their work they are announcing to the world that it is finished. Thus I personally have higher expectations for published novels vs what I apply to works shared on a platform catering to amateurs honing their craft.
This story was not bad. However the book lacked both polish and finesse I expect from published works. The early chapters, though predictable showed promise. However that spark flattened out and the pacing flat lined by the ending. I would have rounded my star rating up in the authors favor if it was on a form like wattpad.
I’ll give it to this author creative writing is not easy and they clearly have potential. That said this work would have benefited from an editor and few additional rounds of fine-tuning prior to publishing.
I’m hopeful that future publications get refined a bit more before release.

This was beautifully written and this is the kind of cheating story I actually like to read. Not because of the cheating, but because of the consequences and the revenge.
The FMC just wants to bury her head and survive the betrayal, but her neighbor will not let her keep being hurt by her husband and his girlfriend. He sees what is happening and decides he is not going to just stand by and watch her be destroyed.
I loved that this was not fast revenge. This was long game revenge. The kind where everything is planned and slowly falls apart for the people who caused all the damage.
Her husband was horrible, truly horrible, and I will admit I enjoyed watching everything fall apart for him. And the girlfriend’s life falling apart so quickly after everything she did felt like justice.
If you like emotional stories with betrayal, healing, and well planned revenge, this is a really good read.

At its heart is a woman forced to confront the ultimate betrayal when her silly, egotistical husband chooses selfishness over loyalty. As the truth unravels, so do the carefully constructed lives around him, and watching the consequences unfold is immensely rewarding.
The emotional devastation feels genuine, the husband's regret never quite earns forgiveness, the revenge is served with aplomp and fully deserved. Best of all, the ending delivers the hope and happiness I was rooting for all along.
If you enjoy stories of betrayal, resilience, and watching carefully planned revenge do its work, this one is well worth your time.

Quite an enjoyable read.
Cheating = h and H's significant others are cheating on h and H with each other (H's girlfriend is cheating with h's husband, in case more clarification is needed)
h sees H (not H , but rather her husband) with OW = H has recorded the husband banging the girlfriend in H's house and shows the h.
The H systematically and with brutal precision dismantles and destroys the husband and girlfriend's lives/livelihoods. It was great and petty and juicy.

Oh my goodness! What a story! Sean discovered that his girlfriend, Katherine was cheating with David, the husband of Rosalie, and also their neighbors. Once Sean informed Rosalie, they began a well planned revenge. After all, to forgive is divine. To seek revenge is only humam.

Loved it
This was a great cheating revenge book ,I loved how the innocent pair who were the victims of cheating got together to plot their revenge and what a great revenge it was,and they also found they had a great relationship in the process and that changed into so much more .I loved Sean and Rosalie ,they were great characters and the ending was superb

Addictive and full of emotion
Absolutely hooked from start to finish. This book has the perfect mix of drama, romance, and strong character development. The chemistry between the leads is intense, and the story keeps you engaged the whole way through.

Great story
This was great. It had everything a good romance needs: a great heroine, a devastating issue and an HEA. Sean and Rosalia are the perfect conspirators and David and Katherine perfectly awful partners. I felt the agony Rosalia went through. I also loved that the ending filled her life with joy.

Absolutely Brilliant
Warning you will be addicted from the first page. This is one of those books that once you start you just can’t put it down.

A satisfying conclusion
I enjoyed this book, it was a quick and easy read with very little tension but a satisfying conclusion, which was actually never in doubt. There were a few niggling editing errors but the characters were well defined and the world of billionaires provided sheer escapism.

Stress, emotional and revenge
This is a well written story about betrayal, the questions that arise, the emotions and what happens when the two that were betrayed work together for revenge or maybe justice.
The characters are interesting and understandable. At least Sean and Rose are.
I recommend Bleeding Love and hope to read more by this author.
