Lacking evidence and grammar

Luckily, this was a short read; the grammatical errors were glaring and abundant. If this author expects anyone to take him seriously, he should consider doing a little more research on the topic of the book and including citations/references to scholarly, peer-reviewed articles. This is a fascinating topic and I was disappointed that the author seemed to put forth very little effort. At one point (among others), the author makes an absurd claim that jogging makes one “completely stress free” or some similar nonsense.

Disappointing.

Brief and basic

Book was very brief and not suitable for people experienced with nootropics. Would appreciate more in depth information and nootropic details.
