I'm so glad I found this book. As someone with stage 4 endometriosis, I found a lot of the information incredibly useful. I really appreciated the book's structure: it begins by covering the disease itself, the diagnosis process, and current treatment options before moving on to fertility. The author addresses all the essential components, including diet, exercise, supplements, and how each of these factors plays a role in fertility. She also touches on IVF and how it may be impacted for endometriosis patients. I highly recommend this book because it truly covers everything and is backed by science.

Medical and Practical Advice
Got this for my wife to read and she loved it. She has been suffering with endometriosis and it was good to read that she is not alone and that there are a lot of ways to overcome it. This book also has a good balance of medical and practical advice.
