Billie’s family ranch is in financial trouble and she decides to single-handedly negotiate the mortgage with the grumpy landlord 💸 A week of sharing her goodies (baked & BODILY!) turns into a steamy relationships & completely disarms his cold heart!

I truly enjoyed the smutty transactional meet cute and headstrong Billie! My absolute favourite part was Knox trying to convince her he’s a bad guy while she’s attacking his heart with her wholesome love.

Our heroine is young and determined to tame the wild, brooding man who her family owes debt to. She offers him her body, but soon ends up losing her heart. There’s loads of sex, some hurtful words followed by profuse apology, daddy play, and a happy ending.

Another absolutely OTT story by JK and I love it! Knox is grumpy, crude and plain mean. Our FMC is sweet, innocent and a spitfire. I loved how they came together and achieved their HEA. This is definitely one of my favorites. Well done JK for another love story and lots of spice.
