Mills brings all his powers to bear, perfectly blended here with a tale of the Railway Property Board, custard doughnuts, wood shavings, swan pedalos, high-vis jackets, allegorical nursery rhymes, novelty eggs, drain plugs and business sense.

As usual Mills has a point to make about bureaucracy while keeping us guessing about what the heck is going on.
