•Let me start off by saying in all honesty this may be a hard one to get into if you are not a mom or divorced. I also had a little bit of a hard time with FMC just because I’m very familiar of the area of Texas she’s from & I found her background a little hard to believe.

That being said…this book took me a little bit to actually get into BUT once things started ramping up I gobbled the rest up!

•The friend group is HILARIOUS. Cash is my new favorite human.
•Love the nod to Sunshine Cellars (a different series by Fancy)
•I had COMPLETELY forgotten there was a little bisexuality trope thrown in there when I was reading and I was just so pleased when I came across it.
•I ate In-N-Out at my in law’s kitchen the day after finishing this book and…that was weird🤣

This is an easy read: perfect for a palette cleanser or just a good little chuckle.

If you love a steamy single-mom romance, neighbors-to-lovers, and a slow burn, you NEED to read this one!

I absolutely loved Cat and Noah! Noah’s yearning for her was EVERYTHING. Their chemistry was so good, and I loved watching their relationship slowly unfold.

Cat starting over after her divorce and moving to a new state for her daughter, while Noah figures out what he really wants, made their story feel sweet and genuine. It was fun, lighthearted, and had just enough heavier moments to keep things interesting.

I couldn’t put this one down and would definitely love to see more of the other characters and their stories! 💕

Fancy Roberts! 😆 You really know how to introduce your MFC and MMC! I was blushing right along with her! Honestly, after that, I probably would’ve never left my house again! 🙃😂

Overall, I absolutely loved the way the MMC yearned for the MFC. The two of them were just so cute and adorable together! 😍 Their chemistry and the slow burn had me hooked, and I really enjoyed watching their story unfold.

I would definitely love to read more about the other characters and see their love stories as well! 👀❤️

I absolutely love Cat and Noah. Both navigating through this new path they’re both put on. Cat moving to a new state and city to support her daughter’s dreams after being newly divorced. Noah trying to figure out if staying in one spot for a long time is right for him. The book keeps me interested the whole time and I could not put it down! It was fun and lighthearted, with a touch of heavier topics. It got me intrigued from the beginning with a crazy meet cute. Very well written and a great read overall!

*****ARC Review - I loved dancing with my Neighbor. This was such a fun romcom story. The whole time you’re rooting for Cat throughout all of her shenanigans. It was uplifting to see her make it on her own and do all that she needed to do for her children, while finding her own story. Overall, this was just a feel good read. Was excited when I got to the end to realize that there would be another book in the series. definitely a must for your fall TBR list!

This is a life and love after divorce story for a woman that deserves to feel wanted and beautiful and the perfect man that comes along to do that. This book was cute and funny and sweet. Cat and Noah were such a delight! Their meet-cute had me laughing out loud while blushing from embarrassment—for Cat’s sake, at least. And the plastic fork as a form of defense? Hysterical.

But what really caught and held my attention was the way Noah quietly yearned for Cat. He was down bad from day one, whether he wanted to be or not, and he did it all without pressuring her to move at a pace she wasn’t ready for post divorce.

And the way he picked her up in a dance? IYKYK. So hot. I want a Noah of my own to dance with.

I also LOVED the new cast of characters and can’t wait for each of their stories. I’m already so invested and can’t wait to see where Fancy takes us next.

If you love a good steamy single-mom, neighbors-to-lovers, slow-burn romance, this book is definitely for you! But don’t let the slow burn fool you. Noah knows how to unearth Cat’s not-so-southern-belle side, if you know what I mean. 😉
