Exceptional book on loss, grieving and finding joy again. I have been following Liz and Sunny Mary Meadow on Facebook from Colorado, but I grew up in MN and can relate to MN values and determination but never knew the entire backstory. Ironically, my husband passed the same day (but now 18 years ago). I will be recommending to all new and past widows as this is exactly what I have tried to share with them of the good, the bad and the ugly I personally experienced.

Liz & Sunny Mary Meadows is just the next town over. I have followed here story for years. I've been to the farm and made bouquets, attended stem bars and want to be able to say the right thing.

This is an exceptional and important book with raw emotion that I felt to my core. I really appreciate the parts on what how to approach those who have experienced a loss. I can see myself reading many times and highly encourage all to read it.
