WHAT A STORY! 🫣
Kathleen writes her story with an honesty that shocks you! There were multiple times I had to place the book down to collect myself after reading what she had endured. From her poverty-stricken childhood, to her chilling encounter with the West’s and finally to her brush with PC Darren Heath.
I will be honest, I picked up this book because it was marketed as a lodger of Fred & Rosemary West but this book is so much more than that! Kathleen’s whole life was utterly traumatising and yet she has been able to work through it and come out better on the other side!
I thoroughly enjoyed this read and brought me out a bit of slump that I was having! 🙌
