"What a knowledge-packed and useful book. It is like a layman's encyclopedia for mental disorders, and how to understand what causes them... along with how to cope with them. Even though the subject matter is very in-depth, the author has presented it in a very easy to read format with understandable verbiage."

I didn't learn anything new by reading this. It / is all common sense and pretty widespread knowledge other than the term MCI which I'm sure I read about before but had forgotten as a small detail. The writing style isn't great either.
