This was a great crossover. it’s really a horror story wrapped up in superhero costumes. It’s an old fashioned page turner, that’s a testament to both the writer and artist teams. Crossovers and events get a bad rep but when they are done well they can be exciting and fun and this one absolutely nailed it.
Marvel are getting a lot of stick at the moment but this little pocket of their universe is one of the things that is working.
There's good here. I like the villain in the first half. I really liked MJ trying to figure out what she wants. I love Paul's death (haha) and I thought MJ choice in the last issue was really good. But the villain becomes silly half way, carnage is a pain in the ass, Eddie feels like a afterthought.
