This is the first physical book I've managed to read cover to cover since becoming a parent (iykyk). I really enjoyed it for the first 3/4 of it. The writing almost has a dream like quality to it and I'll probably ruminate on it for a good while. I'm not sure I got what the author was going for with the ending if I'm honest. But I think stories like these aren't necessarily meant to be "gotten" in the conventional sense. Or I could just be a dummy, who knows. 🤣🤷🏻♀️
