This was a very quick and entertaining read.
The story moves fast from the very beginning, and it’s easy to get pulled into the premise. Since it’s a novella, the pacing is naturally high, with the relationship developing quickly through instant attraction and plenty of tension between the characters.
What made the book especially fun for me was Zeke’s inner monologue. His thoughts and the way he expresses himself had me laughing more than once. There’s a playful charm to his character that keeps the story light and entertaining.
The book builds with a lot of playful sensual tension between Mercy and Zeke. While the tone stays fun and light for most of the story, the spice becomes more detailed toward the end, particularly during the intimate scenes where Zeke’s dirty talk adds an extra layer of heat.

This alien mountain man romance is undeniably cute. The reclusive hero rushing out to rescue and heal his star mate makes for a very sweet and engaging setup, and his struggle to accept the bond—especially because she’s from another species—adds a nice emotional layer.
However, I had a hard time with the heroine. She keeps an important secret about still being legally married, even though she knows how significant and binding the star mate bond is for him. Since he values that bond so deeply and has never had a true relationship before, this felt like a real betrayal and made it difficult for me to fully enjoy the romance.
Overall, it’s a sweet concept with a heartfelt core, but the character dynamics didn’t fully work for me.

This is a cute little novella. I read it in an hour. The book is in dual POV and is HEA. Zeke, who is an alien, finds his star mate, Mercy, hurt in the woods. It’s set in the early 2000’s which makes it light and so much fun!
I loved the way Stormy went with the characters.
FMC: Mercy has had a bad relationship in the past and a secret that makes her cautious. She is a sweet, beautiful human girl.
MMC: Zeke is an interstellar doctor just trying to survive in his mountain home.
I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the whole alien/human troupe, but it was a super cute paranormal love story full of flashbacks to my youth. I absolutely loved the part where Zeke is glowing. LOL!

This book had me screaming “Help, I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” - but sadly no sexy alien mountain man has come to rescue me yet!
I love Stormys short novellas they always bring the heat. I will say this always I wish they were longer but that’s only because I love her characters and I always want to see more of their stories.
Mercy is our FMC - she goes hiking alone, with a dead phone and a pending storm. A recipe for disaster am I right?! She gets hurt and is unable to walk. Zeke is our hot mountain man and he hears her calls for help - could it be? She’s his starmate?
Pick up the book and find out for yourself. If you like instant chemistry, a little danger element and the perfect amount of spice - then this one’s for you!

I knew I loved Zeke the moment he was mentioned in the previous novella.
A broody doctor with a touch of awkwardness is sexy AF (my type!).
And his whole “oh well, she can find out about that weird alien thing later” moment absolutely cracked me up 😂
I actually laughed every time he mentioned his glowing part 😂😂 These novellas are hilarious!
But seriously, I love seeing a woman escape an abusive relationship only to be loved by a possessive, protective man. Good for you, Mercy!

The characters were very appealing and likeable and perfectly steamy together. Plot was intriguing and exciting and well paced. World building was excellent and solidly drawn. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

I loved the book; it's very short (you can read it in just over an hour), with a fast pace, but it doesn't feel like anything is missing. Of course, we're talking about super mega insta-love/destined couples (which I absolutely love!).
I liked Mercy/Marcy and Zeke as a couple, and the author's writing style is very dynamic and everything feels so natural.
I hope to read more about them, and I want to know Knox's story!

Rescued by the Mountain Man from Outer Space by Stormy O’Hara. This is the third novella in the series and was my absolute favorite! I loved Zeke. This Novella was so good, full of spicy alien fun and a cute love story. I love Stormy’s novella’s they are always so unique fun and spicy! These mountain men from outer space are hot! If you are looking for a great quick read I definitely recommend her books!

There isn’t as much build up in this one but it fits perfectly with their story. I felt like this one moved faster than the other novellas I've read from this author. BUT no complaints!

Zeke is my fave so far. He Wes such sub awesome alien guy. When he rescued Mercy, he knew from that moment that she was the one. Taking care of her in every sense of the word 😉 was just too cute. I adored these two. But Mercy knowing how he felt about her and got much it brave for them to be mates. I wished she’d been honest from the beginning and her secret. But I loved this regardless. And spice 🥵 so freaking hot.

This was a really awesome quick read that for a short time took me away from my everyday reality to another place in which I could lose myself. It moves along at a really great pace which was perfect for the flow of the story. These characters are awesome, no matter what you will love them. This story is going to grab you and keep you interested and reading. You will not be disappointed, no doubt about it.

Zeke is the ultimate caretaker to Mercy in this quirky and quick read. Without a second thought he recuses and takes care of his star mate. Mercy doesn’t fight him at all instead she falls for him. I can’t blame her to be honest. Book three in this small town alien romance was another winner for me.

This is my favorite book in the series so far! An alien who feels like he's stumbling with the dirty talk, but rocks it because it's his starmate? Yes, please! I also loved the drama in this story!

This was a cute, adorable short read. It was cute, funny and spicy. I love the FMC wasn't scared to tell him what she wanted and even take it. He was just cute as can be wanting to take it slow. I can't wait to read the next one.

I just eat these short stories up, they are so nice and consistent and easy. If you want fun and shutting these are for you! The man MMC is an alien medic and the MFC is a waitress, trying to start over after an abusive relationship. I love how sweet they are and it ends on a happy ending. I just wish I could get more with each couple!

This was such a cute and spicy romance! Zeke is such a wholesome man, trying to respect her privacy while she is doing everything to let him know that she doesn’t want privacy! I’m loving this series and can’t wait for the next one!

ive had the chance to get this arc from the author. love it. after reading this short series im wanting to know what happened to them all afterwards. it does leave you on a somewhat chilffhanger. stormy o hara what happens to all of them from each books. . this reader needs to know lol

Short and sweet and makes you crave more! I cant wait for what's next! These bitesize steamy sci-fi stories make me wish I lived near Meteor Mountain (with my own mountain man to snuggle to)!
