Clueless is a quick MMF novella and boy is it a RIDE. Be honest, you're reading this for the smut, not for the plot. I've read a couple of C.S. Silverne's books before and if you're looking for smut that is going to leave you sweating look no further.
The plot that IS in the novella (not a slight, the author literally calls it a little to no plot novella), is simple. It's Noah, Lauren and Sean. Noah is Lauren's Boyfriend and Sean's very brief lived step son. Noah starts dating Lauren, and eventually introduces her to Sean. Sean and Noah's mom were only married for a few months once Noah was already an adult. However-- Lauren and Sean had a one night stand a year prior that neither of them can forget. So everyone is in for a surprise when Lauren and Sean get "introduced".
They promptly get right into it and I was LIVING FOR IT!!! Sometimes you just need a smutty little novella to make you feel alright. I would have rated this higher, but there was a bit of confusion for me. It's marketed as MMF and it IS (and is very hot holy MOLY) , but there's a scene where Sean and Noah talk about how they don't really do anything sexual together, when the chapter before Noah was talking about them having sex too and then eventually they are in the novella, so it's really a non issue but felt worth mentioning because it's hard to tell if it's just talking about that scene or in general. I love my why choose with MM so it's probably not something everyone would even notice. Not a huge deal since this is just a super hot novella, but it was hard to tell if it was just for that scene or in general. Other than that, it would have probably been five stars because I had a blast.

Listen, you’re not really picking this one up for a deep, complicated plot; you’re here for the chaos, the chemistry, and the smut… and it absolutely delivers on that front.
I’m always a sucker for a good why-choose romance, especially when there’s MM involved, and I was immediately obsessed with the dynamic between Lauren, Noah, and Sean. The chemistry between all three of them was so good and honestly carried the entire story for me.
And the setup??
Forbidden in basically every way possible 👀
Step-son, step-dad, and the step-son’s girlfriend… yeah, this book knows exactly what it’s doing.
I also really liked the way Sean and Lauren first met.
For a shorter novella, this definitely packed a punch emotionally and physically lol. It’s messy, dramatic, super steamy, and one of those reads you fly through in one sitting because you just need to see what happens next.
The epilogue was also really cute, and honestly? I would absolutely read a full-length novel about these three.

I definitely recommend reading the first novella beforehand, not because you have to, but because it makes the character connections land even better.

Then the story jumps forward in time, and suddenly she’s dating his step‑son — which sounds chaotic, but the novella handles it with surprising clarity and emotional grounding.

When the author advises you this is a forbidden love novella with little to no plot, she isn’t kidding. If you’re up for a quick and dirty read with 2 marines, the woman they want, and a somewhat taboo (once stepfather/son)situation, you should definitely pick up this book.
Noah, Sean, and Lauren are adventurous, and in the short novella, get a surprisingly good amount of background and connection. While there is a little more spice than plot, you can understand where they are coming from emotionally and get some of the background of the three to help you connect with the characters.
All in all, if you want a short read to jump into and you like military men who share, you don’t want to be clueless about this one.

This is a very quick taboo MMF novella. I was able to read it in one sitting and honestly really enjoyed it.
It’s mostly spice with some plot, which is exactly what I expect from something like this, but the storyline was good enough to keep me reading straight through to the end.

Wowee was a quick ride, it only took me about 1.5hrs to read. And holy! This was spicy. C. S. Silverne does give a very comprehensive list at the beginning of what to expect, triggers and kinks. Let this be your warning, it is spice and not much else.
But boy was it hot! If you’re in the mood for just some pure filth and like MMF, read it.
It’s short, dirty and flirty.
In the words of C. S. Silverne it has little to no plot.

C.S. Is the queen of taboo 🙂↕️ I never knew I needed a stepdad x stepson x stepson gf storyline but I ATE this up!
Although this was a short novella, the entire story was captured perfectly. I was able to understand the plot and conflict without it being dragged out. I enjoyed the characters and their dynamics.
As a reader, I don’t care for detailed world building so this was a perfect book for me. For someone who needs more, this may not be the right book for you but still could be a fun read!

C.S. Silverne always amazes me with how much she can pack into less than 100 pages!
This story was so good and I really enjoyed our FMC, Lauren! She was very relatable and easy to connect with.

The spice in this one was definitely spicing! 🥵 90 pages of full smut, minimal plot, great character dynamics, exactly what I needed! I really enjoyed this short story

I swear every time I pick up a C.S. Silverne book I am surprised at how much spice is in it and that’s totally on me! I should know by now that I am always going to get a PIPING HOT book with them! Clueless is spicy spicy!! Sean, Noah, and Lauren are hot and forbidden and it just made them that much more irresistible.

I am always a sucker for these kinds of novellas. sometimes a girl just needs these. quick easy and FUN read. this was a good time not a long time and it was the perfect little palate cleanser in between current reads. the writing was so good. the spice was spicing. the characters were everything. anyways does anyone know of a step dad and step son in need of well this (i joke i joke)

Daddy Sean was the man! The mouth on that man was wicked. Noah was hot and cute and Lauren was freaky and down for anything. I liked them and their chemistry was insanely hot.

Clueless is a short, quick, and spicy MMF romance with taboo relationship. This is my first time reading this author, so while this book can be appreciated as a standalone, it was clear early on that this story is better enjoyed by reading the previous novella in this series. Clueless is a great little cleanser to read between longer, more plot heavy books.

The description says little to no plot, but I’ve seen less plot in full novels. So you’ve got some plot and you’ve got some great spice. It’s a win win for a novella!

Thank you Luna and the author for the free e-arc. My opinions are being left voluntarily. I think I would've benefited with reading nook 1 before ebook 2 jut now I can and will see If it adds to my enjoyment. I love a taboo romance so step dad / step son sharing but add they also get down and there's not much of a plot which I knew going into this and it's hott like have the ac on or be ready to jump into a cold as shower.

I really enjoyed this book. It had such a smooth flow, and the writing style completely pulled me in. I really liked the characters and the overall concept. It was short, sweet and smutty 🌶️📚

I love a possessive man but two!!? Wonderful! I do wish the book was longer to delve into more of Lauren's backstory as well as Sean and Noah. However this was the perfect kinky taboo palette cleanser I needed.

Y'all this was a 5 star read for me. Characters? Fantastic! Plot? Don't know her. Filthy? You bet your tush it is.

If you need some spicy, you will 100% get it here. Short but fast read! Lots of trigger warnings to look at first! If trigger warns don’t bother you this is your book.
