This book took me on an absolute EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER! 😭🖤 One minute I was feeling anxious, the next I was crying actual tears, and then somehow feeling empowered and completely warmed by the story. I went through SO many emotions reading this one!
I absolutely loved continuing this family's story from book one. Their unbreakable bond, how fiercely they stand united, and their determination to get revenge had me completely invested. There's something so satisfying about a family who refuses to back down and will fight for each other no matter what. 🖤
And can we PLEASE talk about Bramble?! 🥹🐶 Once again, this dog is the absolute STAR of the show for me! I adore him!
The witchy vibes running throughout this book were another huge highlight for me, making it the PERFECT read for spooky season. 🕯️🔮 There's a brilliant mix of darkness, emotion, heart and empowerment that made this story really stand out.
A solid 4 stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm already desperate to get my hands on book three because I NEED to know how this story develops. That wait is going to feel far too long! 😩📚🖤

“Reckoning” …the title says it all.
This book is all about women taking back their dignity, seeking revenge, demanding accountability, and, of course… magic! And I was here for every single bit of it.
I absolutely devoured this book, just like I have with all of this author’s other books. She has such a captivating way of pulling you into the story that you completely forget you’re reading. You’re just there, experiencing everything right alongside the characters.
My emotions were ALL over the place while reading this. I was anxious, annoyed, pissed off, shocked, and completely enthralled. I never knew what emotion was coming next, and I loved every minute of the chaos.
I don’t want to spoil anything, but that ending?! It has me needing and desperately wanting more …RIGHT NOW.
Another fantastic read from an author who never fails to pull me completely into her worlds. I need the next book immediately!
