Within the darkest corners a shift in the shadows that doesn’t reveal…or does it?

Moth a shadow demon of the Nameless, ruled by a boss whose sadistic ways go against his beliefs. His light, his flame needs his protection, she has it in bucket loads though along with that comes his obsession and that could be fatal to them both. Ellie having survived an abusive relationship is re-building her life, her artwork being her passion (I say this tongue in cheek, IYKYK 🤭) Until the shadows twirl and form into a being in her bedroom, what follows is a chemistry unlike anything she has felt before, a safety net she didn’t know she needed but as we know true love is not without some pain…

😈 "𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝘆𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱?" 𝗜 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁? 𝗕𝗼𝘆𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗲𝗿.😈

Theo’s narrative just draws you into this story, giving us pieces of their lives, is he a stalker maybe 🤫, will he do anything to protect her, damn right and she in turn accepts who he is. Be prepared for the spice between them, the dominant pull they both feel and succumb to 🥵. There were parts I snickered at, Moth just has that attractive quality of bringing it to the fore. Within the pages we are led through violence, d3ath, shadow demons, 🐝DSM, real friendship, tense times, torture and a whole lot more but ultimately a love that can withstand whatever is thrown at them.

“𝕃𝕠𝕠𝕜 𝕒𝕥 𝕪𝕠𝕦,” 𝕀 𝕣𝕒𝕤𝕡, 𝕞𝕪 𝕧𝕠𝕚𝕔𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕔𝕜 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕨𝕣𝕖𝕔𝕜𝕖𝕕. “ℂ𝕠𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕤𝕠 𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕕 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕞𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕣 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕓𝕖𝕕.”

A sleep paralysis demon with a dirty mouth and who stalks his human!! I mean come on what more would you want. Theo R. Moss debut novel was a killer and I loved every second of it! Its got trauma, sarcasm, comedy and a whole lot of spice 🥵

“𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕟𝕠𝕨𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕠𝕟 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕥𝕙 𝕀 𝕨𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕𝕟’𝕥 𝕗𝕚𝕟𝕕 𝕪𝕠𝕦, 𝔼𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕟𝕠𝕣. 𝕀 𝕨𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕 𝕓𝕦𝕣𝕟 𝕚𝕥 𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕥𝕠 𝕒𝕤𝕙 𝕓𝕖𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕖 𝕀 𝕝𝕖𝕥 𝕒𝕟𝕪𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕒𝕜𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕗𝕣𝕠𝕞 𝕞𝕖.”

I went into this book with out knowing what to expect and came out of it throughly satisfied. It was so dark but so addictive at the same time, Moth is a walking red flag! And its one others need to experience.

Whimsical, sassy, playful and tense in all the right places. Theo R Moss’s dark romance, “Moth” draws a clear line between fantasy tension and unwelcome trauma.
Between celebrations of gorgeous friendships, colourful language and a wicked sense of humour, the sensory imagery will have you tied to your seat, asking for more.
It’s dark. It’s addictive. It is intense. But hey, “In the grand scheme of things, what’s a few red flags?”

Moth is a great first novel from this author, a really interesting concept and well written, showing a lot of promise for what this author has to offer in the future.
It’s a dark romance so as always do check your trigger warnings! Ellie was in a DV relationship (prior to the book beginning) which pushed her to the point of utter despair. At that point her soul called out into the darkness and she was assigned to one of ‘The nameless’. Their role is to collect the souls and help them pass over when they are ready. Eleanor was assigned to Moth who became obsessed with her, until he could no longer stay in the shadows and had to insert himself into her life and make her his. This leads to a very intense dark romance between human Ellie and immortal shadow demon Moth. Tons of drama both in the relationship and in the rest of the plot, plenty of spice and as I always love with a dark romance the ‘villain’ that will burn the world down for the woman he loves.
Great character work in the main characters and side characters an all around great book.

This book was definitely not what I was expecting. It was so much better. Eleanor is an FMC who has been through so much but she is working hard to put it all behind her. If only she didnt have a pesky sleep paralysis demon haunting her dreams!!
Moth is the epitome of a man obsessed and I was here for every obsessive thought he had!

I was totally hooked on Moth and Ellie their chemistry was off the charts throughout the book and I loved every mouthwatering second!

The last part of the book had me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was going to happen and I was reading at super speed to see how it would all turn out.

This story is hot and a little bit dark and alot sexy but alos had lots of laugh out loud moments especially with Ellie and her friends. its a great story and a definite must read.

This Book was Amazing ! Where to start Moth is the leader of the nameless and Eleanor’s sleep paralysis demon, and let me tell you I now want my own one haha … his watched Eleanor for years in the shadows watching her slowly rebuild her life as he plans to overthrow his sadistic boss of the underworld … Eleanor is a little warrior and survived so much never letting anyone distinguish her little flame I love her willpower and determination…the spice scenes are amazing one favourite scene for me being the power exchange .. and watching there love bloom between all the chaos…. I loved every minute of this book and highly recommend it to any and everyone

3.5 ⭐️

I feel this book started strong, with sexy stalker fetish activated 😊🥵❤️‍🔥

Then it seemed to plod along for a bit too long, but left me with questions unanswered.
I understand the Flame 🔥 concept. I understand the Nameless's job, but not how or why they came to be. I feel Moths 🦋 back story is also missing, with only brief information but not enough to satisfy.

Amazing read, the banter and humour throughout with all characters had me laughing, the characters are loveable and fun and who doesn’t love a possessive shadow daddy? Totally recommend. Moth is a great read!

That was hot. This book is full of spice, I'd say over 50%. The story is very fast paced and is a HEA. Its a dark, stalker supernatural rom com with some pretty dark themes and over 50 trigger warning. I chewed through this book so fast and I wish I could already read it again for the first time.

Had to give up at chapter 8
It felt like it dragged and the characters haven't even interacted yet, but he's always watching her.
I thought it would pick up once they actually spoke to each other, but the ML is just annoying me
She blinks and he's "done for"
She breathes "he's done for"
Any little thing she does has him about to combust, even though they haven't spoken yet. He needs more help than her I think
She hides behind a pillow and that pillow has made his "shitlist" because it has the audacity to hide what's his 🙄 they still haven't spoken at this point. Although it is their first meeting

I already felt like I was forcing myself to keep reading, so I'm going to stop here

Really liked this but didn't really love it. The British-isms were very appreciated, and I did love Moth's inner monologues.

I read this book weeks ago and I think I need to read it again. Such a cool story, a completely new concept, and so so funny! Loved it. The story is wrapped up nicely in the end but really hoping for a sequel!!
