I bought this book specifically for my son who was moving to Australia and probably going to get a job in Brisbane. I got it at Barnes and Noble because it was the only book in the travel section on Australia. To my son’s sad disappointment, not one shred of information is contained in this book about Brisbane and in fact if you go into the index Brisbane is not even listed in the index! How is this even possible? Brisbane is the third largest city in Australia with over 2 1/2 million people — how is there no information on this city in this book? This book is a JOKE. I also couldn’t find a shred of information on the Gold Coast. Which was the other place he was going to
Super helpful when I was traveling in Australia. Would definitely recommend this. As I would be in places for like a week, this book was great at giving the highlights and must do's.
