It’s an accessible approach to mindfulness through its A-to-Z format and interactive prompts. It’s easy to read and has some solid takeaways. However, if you've read much in the self-help or wellness space before, you likely won't find anything new here. It covers familiar concepts and ideas that feel heavily recycled from other mindset books. An okay read, but nothing groundbreaking.
