MSG is Everywhere

Rate this book
This book is a must for you if you eat in restaurants, eat processed foods, or suffer with any form of chronic pain.
Many people have heard of MSG. Some people know MSG is monosodium glutamate. But few people are aware that this flavor enhancer is a powerful nerve toxin that is responsible for many health problems: panic attacks, mood changes, depression, heart palpitations, neck pain, back pain, migraines. These are just a few of the many disorders that can be directly caused by MSG.
Dr. Twogood has seen all of these symptoms, and more in his clinical experience as a chiropractor for over 30 years. This book is easy to read, and will let you know how to avoid MSG and all the symptoms that go with it.

Beware, MSG is Everywhere

Second time I've read this book after experiencing a panic attack which MSG is the prime suspect. The book contains info on why it's important to read the labels on processed foods where MSG, a nerve toxin disguised as a food flavor additive, may be hiding under a myriad of different labels.
