Strong Debut From a New Author
I enjoyed this book. The author brings something fresh to a genre that can feel oversatured and redundant. She's done her homework and writes with a beautiful intelligence. The dialog between the characters feels natural, as do their inner voices. I personally love a book that utilizes multi POV when it's done well, and she does it well. The only part I didn't like was the abrupt ending! She's left me wanting more! But fortunately, there is a book 2 on the horizon.

The author did such an amazing job with creating an immersive world. The language, characters, and suspense truly drew me in and left me craving more. Absolutely cannot wait to see what happens next!
