4.5 stars. Loses .5 for being longer than it needed to be, but another good main sequence installment. I have skipped a couple of the side-quest books and it showed in places here, but nothing critical. It's not over yet, so I'll wait for the next one.

Another amazing book in the series.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when diving into this book but it absolutely delivered. New threats, clever puns, memes, laughs and more of the family that we love. This book has instantly become one of my favorites in the series and I cannot wait to see what happens next. I loved it.

Annabelle's finest work.
The world building was amazing, it's intricacies matched perfectly with the storyline. The major characters are sublime in their backgrounds and descriptions. It was no problem visualizing them. As always, Annabelle has created another world of beauty, danger and intrigue.

Continues to surprise and make me have such the feels
Another great chapter in the story. I started reading in the beginning for the monster girls and now I’m still here years later for this ever evolving great story.

Hawthorne’s work has evolved into one of the most epic and endearing fantasy stories I’ve ever read. While it may have started out as well written erotica, it’s morphed into an epic tale where I feel the characters have so much depth. I cannot wait to continue this journey!
