I am still currently reading the book. I am finding that there is some suspense to it as I want to know who this Dax person is and why he is to the main character. It does seem to be a slow paced book and could be done a bit faster.
**Update - finished the book and oh my...love this. It was a worthwhile read even though it took me longer then most books. It is definitely a must read book.

Wren went back in Briar Hollow her home town, her brother offered her where to stay, she knew that one of his friends is staying for short term but she didn’t knew he was Cole the one fourteen years ago broke her heart.
When she arrived at the door he was inside ,
He asked her if something happened but she didn’t say anything.
They set some rules to keep distance and it worked but something is worrying her, her phone all the time buzzing, a car stops near the driveway and every time she sees it her face changes,when he asked what was happening she said she taking care.
One night he checked the name, of the person who’s calling her and he found a fraudulent company.
One night he heard her at the kitchen and asked her why she can’t sleep and she told him that she found a company on her name that she didn’t know about.
He came with the idea fake dating to help her with her ex so he can leave her and go back where he came and to make peace of mind his friend Hank so he can think that he’s settled.
An amazing reading that I highly recommend .

Cole left Briar Hollow 14 years ago, to make something of himself, so he could feel like he was “enough” for the love of his life, Wren, whose heart was broken when he left. Now they’re both back and stuck together in her brother’s rental house. Cole would love nothing more than a second chance with Wren, but he’s keeping secrets that could destroy everything, and she’s running from secrets of her own. Both characters are insecure in their current situation and both evolve and grow throughout the story. Contemporary romance, second chance, fake dating, close proximity, enough spice - just the right combination for a good love story!

Amazing. The minute I read the prologue I knew I had to read this book by Nena. Cole and Wren are going to hit all the right spots when you read about their romance. I was drawn into this story right away because it is not only amazing to read but a 5/5-star romance.

I received an ARC of this book from Bookfunnel.
It was well written and the chemistry was great between characters. This is the first book I have read by this author and based on this book I will definitely read more.
I am hoping we will get Evan's book next.
