Knew what I was in for when in the first couple of pages the mc complains about the oppressive humidity in one breath, then his raspy voice because of the dry air in the next. Bad.

Pleasant Surprise

I saw the cover art for this one and was instantly intrigued. The story is an easy read, full of interesting characters and themes, and funny. It was a good light read for me. Will definitely be reading the next installment.
