The Hack List
Sebastian was a waiter at numerous restaurants before he landed at Hamburger Murphy's. There, he met many customers who helped shaped something he called "the hack list". If you were a naughty and rude customer, you'd go on the list never to be seen again. It was a game to everyone who worked there because they all had a personal list.
Cockroaches also lived behind a hutch - a cabinet designed for napkins, plates and silverware. They were there long before he arrived, and rude or not, they liked messy customers.
