A shifter living a life hindered by regret…A woman praying for a chance at a future…A moment of fate that refuses to be denied. Beast of the Feral Breed has spent years avoiding interacting with people. Other than the two shifters he considers family, his life has revolved around the engines he loves to work on, the ink he decorates his body with, and the scars of a past he wishes he could forget. When a witch shows him a vision of his future—one with a family he knows he can never have—his solitary life implodes, and he embarks on a trip that drops him exactly where he doesn’t think he should be. Calla wants to escape the hell she’s living, but between her low-paying job and the danger lurking in the woods, running alone isn’t an option. Desperate, she spends her time praying for someone to help free her from a life she fears will be cut short. The human woman never realized the dangers of dating a wolf shifter…until he showed his claws. When Beast falls into Calla’s life, he’s more than a little surprised to meet his mate—a woman he knows he should walk away from. But danger hovers around every corner, and Beast refuses to leave her vulnerable. Protecting one human woman wouldn’t be a challenge, but Beast has to battle his past mistakes, stay under the radar of the local pack, and rescue two people he never expected to love. One of whom has yet to take her first breath. Full-length novel with adult content featuring a scarred wolf shifter with a brutal past, a woman in more trouble than she can handle, and some time spent in the shower.

A storyteller from the time she could talk, USA Today bestselling author Ellis Leigh grew up among family legends of hauntings, psychics, and love spanning decades. Those stories didn’t always have the happiest of endings, so they inspired her to write about real life, real love, and the difficulties therein. From farmers to werewolves, store clerks to witches—if there’s love to be found, she’ll write about it. Ellis lives in the Chicago area with her husband, daughters, and a German Shepherd that refuses to leave her side.

Claiming His Beauty, Feral Breed Motorcycle Club #4, by Ellis Leigh

Beast: “I don’t think I deserve a mate.”
Amber Weaver: “Everyone deserves love, Beast. That’s all a mating bond is. It’s a primal connection brought about by destiny, forged of love, and held together with fate and faith.”

After two hundred years mateless, Beast was sure he would never be blessed to find his fated mate. But Amber, a psychic witch, opened Beast’s heart and mind and that of his wolf’s to the call of his destiny, his mate. Beast falls in love with Calla, after just one look. Things aren’t as they should be, there are huge complications. How will Beast convince Calla to trust him? To believe he is her fated mate, when another has lied to her. How will he win her love and trust?
This is an incredible love story. Beast is the kindest, most loving suitor a woman could ever ask for. There are twists and turns to the story that was reminiscent of a rollercoaster ride with all the hot and steamy elements necessary to keep you reading late into the night.

Trochu mě mrzí že jsme nezaregistrovala jak se vyřešil problém otce dítěte, kde nakonec skončil 🤔 kromě toho že půlka smečky byla zmasakrována a on utekl..
Jinak to byl skvělý příběh 🖤

It's true what they say. Waiting makes the end, the reward, a whole lot sweeter.

*twirls*

I can twirl, right? It’s just that Beast is making me so happy. To know there’s a guy like that out there… sigh.

If you feel the need to burst my bubble about Beast being a fictional character, you can just up and leave. OKAY?

Hi, my name is Eleanor and I’m a goner for the Feral Breed Motorcycle Club.

Beast, Gates’ brother, is now “stuck” with 2 witches, Zuri’s sisters. When Amber decides to show him the full picture of snapshots she’s been seeing, she kind of messes with his head and sends him running from his mate.

To his mate.

Bwahahahaha….

But Beast, being Beast, takes it all in a stride and does the right thing. He restores Calla’s faith in men, he restores her faith in herself, and he gets a family – and a gorgeous one at that.

I loved the dynamics between them, the gradual progress he’s made with her and the involvement of the other NALB wolves. I absolutely adored Kaija’s involvement in this story – minor as it was.

I have to admit, there’s a details in this story that is not quite resolved, and I know it’s intentional, but I’m worried(ish). I hope Ellis won’t drag my poor nerves along for too long. <– that was semi cryptic, wasn’t it? LOL

And now I need the next book. Dammit.

5 beautiful stars for Beast/Bastian and Calla. Love it. I can't wait for the next book.

“I, uh…heard what you said.” He looked up, eyes serious as they met mine. “I didn’t want to hide—not from you—so I shaved it off.”
My world tilted, the man’s sweet words making me want to be near him. To crawl into his lap and feel those muscles envelop me. To be surrounded and wholly held by him.
“Thank you for letting me see the real you,” I said, my voice quiet, my heart banging in my chest. “I didn’t expect you to make such a big change.”
He shrugged, the intensity in his eyes belying his forced casualness. “Yeah, well…this was easy. Just don’t ask me to get my ink removed.”

“What are you?” I asked, my voice barely above a whisper. “Some kind of knight in shining armor?”
He slid into his coat and donned a knit cap. “Nope, I’m just a mechanic with a soft spot for brave women.” He grinned, the happiness on his face taking me by surprise. “Go take care of what you need to while I do the same. I’ll be here to pick you up before two.”

Once again, Ellis Leigh knocks me off my feet with her powerful words and amazing, wonderfully thought out stories and characters. Beast and Calla's story is up there as one of my favorites (and no, not just because of the epic daddy swoons) (okay, maybe that's got a little to do with it). Oh, who cares. There is great writing, great story telling, amazing smut and did I mention daddy swoons? Because they are epic. If you haven't started this series yet, you are truly missing out on one of today's top indie authors.

ARC copy received from author.

Ellis Leigh has done it again. Beast has his story and it was wonderful. It's no secret that he finds his mate but the drama and romance was sigh worthy. You just don't find men like Beast and the Feral Breed pack much anymore.

Definitely would recommend this book and author.

This is a re-read for me and somehow until I was fully immersed into the book I didn't remember reading it. Oops. I looked up my notes and realized I read it in 2016 right around the time I read a really terrible piece of work that put me into a slump so yeah no wonder I don't remember it. I went into this one looking for a bit of a beauty and the beast retelling and that's not what I got, I got a really good paranormal romance that I really enjoyed.

This story is about Beast who one night is given the gift of sight that shows him his life mate and what he sees makes him believe he won't be able to be with her so he decides to run, and in the process runs right to the woman he was trying to get away from. Calla made the mistake of falling in love with a man who began to show his horrible colors once she was stuck there. Now she's got no way to leave and there is another who needs her to be brave, and then Beast comes along and gives her hope, but is he who she can trust??

I really enjoyed the characters especially Calla because despite the reasons she should be afraid she embraces the changes in her life. She has doubts but she still pushes forward. I enjoyed reading their story of how they danced around what they wanted but at the same time tried to face it because of the new danger to them and their relationship. Bastian was an amazing character because when he thought he was doomed he still made sure that his mate was taken care of, I would feel my heartstring pull each time he made an observation that was breaking his own heart. I got mad when he did & laughed when he found some joy at the moment. I really enjoyed them together because they desperately needed a little glimpse of happy and they were it for each other.

As this is the fourth book in a series a few of the characters were quickly glossed over, we were introduced to them and only snippet descriptions were given. I believe the author did this because she believed only someone who has read the other books would be this deep into the series, and normally she would be right. This story is interesting enough that I want to go back and read the others as well.

I truly loved the author's ability to pull you into the story. I identified with the scene that took place in the diner, as they saw each other for the first time and yet it was as if they had known each other forever. It felt so genuine and unique to how we act when you meet someone who makes you feel so good.

Although the ending was kind of predictable, I mean they are soul mates fated for each other; there are a few twists that make this a story you want to continue with. There are other wolves that need to be taken care of, I need to know about Shadow and the other sisters who used to be Beasts roommates.

I really enjoyed so many parts of this book but the ending scene with Beast and Calla was especially sweet. That moment he has with his brother made me laugh so much.

A quick fun read featuring daring women and fun bad-ass werewolves. Definitely a read for my paranormal lovers.

Beast

This book is a great addition to the Feral Breed series. I've read several books in the series out of order, but they standalone, so it hasn't been a problem. Claiming His Beauty features Beast, a 200 year old, scarred and deadly wolf shifter. As a member of the Feral Breed, he has been helping investigate the kidnappings of Omega wolves. He has also taken in two witches who have been shunned by their coven when their sister mated with a wolf. But when one tells him his mate is in trouble, then he has a vision of a very pregnant woman, he runs rather than risk interfering with an established relationship. Beast learns he can't run from fate, however, when he unknowingly runs straight to her. And finds not everything is as he believed it to be.
This is one of my favorite books in the series. Even if you haven't read any other books in the series, it's well worth the time. But the best thing to do is start with book one, then keep going. I can almost guarantee you will fall in love with the Feral Breed.

Don't judge a book by its title.

I put off reading this one because of the cheesy title. The title almost cheapens the beauty that is this story. I actually forgot how much I liked these stories, this one not only reminded me of that, but that they just keep getting better. I'm still missing that in depth character description in some places.

Usually, I hate the recap section of these types of series, because "like, been there, read that... Move along.." but here, I could've used a bit more because it's been some time and dozens of novels since the last one.

I feel like this one was over too soon; I could have read about these two for at least three to five more chapters. I'm really hoping to see a few specific things, and hear more from certain characters in the next one.

I want Beast- 4.5

I am a sucker for big, burly, scarred, reclusive Alpha men who turn soft for their women. I really enjoyed how this book played out. A broken but strong women who is pregnant with a nasty shifters baby. She doesn’t blame the baby but loves it. In comes Beast who is trying to be noble and not break up a relationship. Little does he know that there is no relationship, yet he still does what he can to help. Once he finds out, he is putting everything into winning her broken trust by loving her. I wish we got to see him actually claim with the bite. I like the set up for the next story, and love the side characters.

I am so intrigued by this story as it unfolds. She is his mate. She is human not shifter. She is Pregnant!! What does a shifter do when he found his mate but she may be claimed by another? Read and find out.

I loved hearing about Beast finding his mate. The story was quick and easy. Poor Calla went through hell until she found Beast. I'm sure we will continue to hear about them in future books.

When Amber, the air witch, shows him a glimpse of a woman, Beast of the Feral Breed knows she's his mate. Even only a vision of her calls to him, beckons him. But he knows he can't have her. He's too late, she's lost to him, because the woman in the vision is pregnant.

His wolf close to the surface, suffering as much as the man is, Beast takes off, running away from the vision, and his desire...But Fate would not be deterred, for he runs straight to his mate...And there is no way he'd run away again, for Amber and her vision was right, his mate needs him...

Most of the time waiting is a pain, but sometimes it pays off handsomely and with interest. This is what happened with this series. Waiting for a good story, searching for plot amid "mating scenes" paid off with this book. With Beast's story.

I had a feeling he'd make the perfect hero when he first appeared in this series, and my gut wasn't wrong. Boy, was it right. Beast was everything I want from a romance hero. Tall, dark, handsome, scarred both way, but with an inner beauty, strength, and honor that make you stagger. He was protective, and hulking, without getting overbearing or forceful, the wolf and man completely in tune, working together to keep their mate safe, to gain and keep their mate's trust. If only there was such a man in real life. Gentle, caring, protective, a complete marshmallow on the inside (reading the epilogue almost made me melt), utterly belaying his somewhat scary "cover" of scars, tattoos, and piercings.
The contrast between a man's looks and his true nature was beautifully presented in this story, with a perfect counterpoint to our darling Beast.

I adored him, and I adored his mate for bringing out the best in her man, while also making him see he was worthy of anything he might want or desire. Calla truly was a perfect match for Beast, protective, resilient, and quite self-sufficient despite all life piled on her. She deserved a second chance, they both did, and they found each other to gain that second chance.

I can't tell you how happy I was for Calla to be pregnant, because that "obstacle" truly made the story come through, and the characters shine. I like the so-called mating scenes as much as the next gal, but damn, I was glad those took the back seat to the incredible love story between Beast and Calla.
For once we didn't have to go through the "we're mates, of course we love each other without never before meeting, let's fuck like bunnies for the rest of the story" spiel, but really got to know both characters, what made them tick, and see what drew one to the other, why they were worthy of having each other as mates, why they were compatible beside the peg-fits-in-the-hole thing.

There wasn't much suspense in this one, except for a brief glimpse into wider arc about the disappearing Omegas, and the whole local shifter pack doing bad things in the woods. I would've liked a more solid ending to the whole daddy issue, not knowing where the bastards is leaves a loose thread that's too ominous for my liking, but it's more a peeve than a complaint.

The story worked, from the first page to the last, the characters were great, their circumstances believable, the interactions wonderful, and the pacing was absolutely perfect. Not a step off, if you ask me. I would like for the next books in the series (I'm glad Savage Surrender wasn't a fluke) to follow the same path. I want more story. I need more story.

Because I absolutely loved this one.

BEAUTY AND THE FERAL BEAST !!!
Absolute Perfection! Claiming His Beauty is the fourth book in Ellis Leigh's powerful Feral Breed Motorcycle Club Series and it totally ROCKED MY WORLD! I love this series! Ellis Leigh is a woman on fire and this series is sizzling hot! Leigh has dazzled her readers yet again with her amazing talent, astounding imagination, incredible skill and unique style in another masterpiece of paranormal romance and suspense. Her skill is only surpassed by her passion for giving her readers an experience of pleasure, entertainment and satisfaction to be savored and remembered. The power, depth and raw sensuality of Leigh's writing tickles my senses, teases my imagination and quickens my pulse. I do love her work! The story is exciting, original, smart, action packed, thrilling, riveting, addictive, heartwarming, erotic, romantic, sensual and steamy. The dialog is raw, gritty, powerful, compelling, well written and flows effortlessly. The characters are fascinating, captivating, imaginative, intriguing, engaging, endearing and sexy as sin. It just doesn't get any better than the Feral Breed. Bastian Martinez de Caballero, Beast to his Feral Breed MC brothers, is 209 years old and has long ago given up hope of ever finding his true mate. Truth be told, he'd always felt he didn't deserve a mate, much less any kind of true happiness. But recently his brother Gates found his mate Kaija and Phoenix, formerly Pup, his adopted little brother had also found his mate Azurine, a water witch. And ever since, a tiny spark of hope had flared to life within him. But for the time being, he was content living in his townhouse in Detroit watching over Zuri's two sisters, Amber and Scarlet , also witches. Huh? How'd that happen? Well, maybe not content but Phoenix's apartment was small and barely big enough for him and Zuri. So it is what it is - he has two powerful witches living under his roof, Scarlet , a fire witch and Amber, an air witch and skilled in the power of precognition. And it seems Amber is having visions of Beast's mate and she needs his help - now! What the heck? Nope, he wants no part of that pipe dream - until he starts to have visions of her as well. But his hopes are crushed and his heart broken when in his dream he realizes that his mate is pregnant with another man's child - she will never belong to him. So Beast does the only thing he can - he leaves to try to avoid the pain. Never does he realize that fate his guiding him directly to her - to his beautiful Calla, his mate. Beast should know by now that fate and love can never be denied. Buckle up people, it's one hell of a great ride! Sexy wolf shifters-check! Beautiful courageous heroine-check! Danger, suspense and intrigue-check! Sweet romance, selfless love and arousing sex-Oh yeah! It just doesn't get any better than the Feral Breed Motorcycle Club! Leigh grabbed me at page one and held me till the very last word. I was on the edge of my seat and couldn't turn the pages fast enough! It has quickly become my favorite books to read! And I just don't think we've seen the last of Aaric and his pack nor have we heard the last of the Omega kidnappings. Oh my! Fantastic entertainment and an awesome read!

I got this book on my Kindle at about 10:30 at night and decided, I'll start in the morning.

Yeah...several hours later, I finally fell asleep and woke up with a book hangover in the morning.

Beast (Bastian) is trying to fight the pull to his mate because he thinks that she's taken, but quickly finds out that that's not the case. He jumps into the role of caretaker and provider. He wants to know her unborn child and make sure she's taken care of, too.

Then you have Calla. She's a sweet, strong woman, but she was lured into a relationship by Aaric, an abusive shifter, who lied and made her believe they were mates when they really weren't. He has hurt her to the point that she knows what Beast is when others wouldn't, and she doesn't trust him.

This book follows them as they navigate their new relationship and Beast works to make her see that she is his mate. There's plenty of steamy scenes, too, which I love. It also highlights Gates and Beasts past which I really loved.

We also get little peeks into what's going on in the shifter world, especially with what the Drought does and more Omega kidnappings. I'm so excited for the other books in this series!

Ms. Leigh did it again! This is one of those must read books you'll want to have on your list for 2015. If your new to the Feral Breed series, do yourself a favor and start from the beginning so you'll know all the different characters the book mentions. If like me, you have read the other 3 you won't be disappointed in this 4th book. I was lucky enough to receive this book as an ARC, but I purchased the first 3 books on my own and would have bought this one too! So no I'm not praising it just because I got it for free. Ms. Leigh once again immerses us in her world of shifters that continues to surpass other writers. Her characters are strong alpha men with women to match them. Each storyline in this series is different from the last one so your not reading the same book as before. This one has Beast and Calla, meeting in less than perfect circumstances and overcoming more than average odds in order to be together. The plot keeps you on edge waiting for that other shoe to drop. It keeps you turning the pages until suddenly you realize you've reached the end. This is not your grandmas romance book so the sex is hot, but isn't the main focus of the story. If you like hot shifters with strong women you'll want this one on your book or shelf. This series is definitely one you'll read again!

The latest in the series sees Beast finally getting his mate. Beast never wanted to find his mate because of the way his parents died. But one of those sneaky witches showing him what she looks like leads him on a trip that will change his life.

Calla is just trying to survive. The man she was with was not really a man at all and his claws came out both figuratively and literally losing all her trust in him. So when Beast rolls into town will he be able to show her what a real relationship could be like for them or will her ex's past mistakes lead them away from finding a future together?

This is a little uncertain of things because of his past but once you accept things nothing stands in his way of getting what he wants. His outward appearance causes most to shy away from them but once you get to know them you can see he's just a big ol teddy bear.

Just because things look down for Calla doesn't mean she allows it to define her. She works hard for what she has and doesn't let anyone just push her over.

These two have their share of problems but their story is another one that draws you in making you excited to see how they get their happily ever after.

I can never put these books down. This can be read as a stand alone book but is much better read in order. It helps you connect with all of the characters. Several characters are back in this book.

The last paragraph of the the first chapter had me instantly hooked and i knew i would want to finish this book all the way to the end. The rest of the story was not as i expected there were little surprises along the way. I would love to tell you all about the book and what happens but reading the book will get you all the answers you need. You will not regret reading this especially if you enjoyed the rest of the series. Ellis Leigh books only get better and better.

Always an enjoyable series but I find this story is more emotional and less the MC grit. But don't worry we still have the dirty talking and hot wolves roaming throughout the book. The first part of the book really grabs hold of you as a teaser that makes you wonder what is the direction of the story. I don't think I ever read a paranormal beginning so different that I couldn't put my kindle down because I was hooked thinking "whats going on here!" But after that I really fell for Beast and his conflict of emotions. He is every womens dream (loyal, dedicated, sweet and strong) and Calla cautiously finds he's the "right" one for her. The emotions of these two during the story is so heart wrenching but the HEA was so worth it. This story is a great read and I look forward to more in the series.

I received an ARC copy. I'm a huge fan of the series. This story does not disappoint. I would say this is almost a perfect love story. I wasn't sure what kind of story Beast would get but this was sweat and tender.
The author has great flow. You just want to keep reading. You get some good back story, a couple of appearances from our favorite characters and a lot of emotion.
I recommend reading the series in order. This could be a stand alone but it is much better in order, you would miss the connections.
This does leave some questions and the end feels a little rushed. I'm ok with the questions it means more books. The rush feeling may be part of the story (no spoiler but there is a reason), I choose to not question the authors vision.
