Easy read that establishes behaviors or thoughts you have or have had as a controlling person and what to do about them.

Straight to the point

This is a simple and straight to the point kind of book. It is not very deep on psychology but leans on practical analysis and advise to give steps to reducing your urge to control.

Nice starter

Very to the point and precise. Simplistic in the best of ways. First time I read that this issue is not a disease so it was certainly a breath of fresh air.
