A retired teacher, Donna lives in Ohio where she uses her creative talent to write and design children's books. The illustrator and designer, H.L Gillager, studied painting and drawing at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Fashion Design at Parsons in New York City. Like the author, she has traveled extensively and currently lives in Ohio where she works on projects from fashion to web design for clients around the world.
