Torrid - Book Three -- The stunning conclusion to the sexy, scorching hot Torrid Trilogy

Finding the truth was only half the battle...

Jack - Everyone warned me. I should have listened. I tried so hard to protect Tora I didn’t realize I was the one about to be destroyed. I never saw it coming. But even now, even when she’s taken away the one thing I thought mattered most, she’s still all I think about. I still can’t breathe unless she’s near me. I still want her. Except now it’s too late.

Tora - If I’d known what was going to happen, would I have changed anything? Would I have played it differently? I’ll probably ask myself that for the rest of my life. I sacrificed my future for the past and I’ll have to live with that. My passion for Jack burned so bright it consumed me, blinded me so I couldn’t see what was coming. Now, getting to the truth might just have cost us both everything.

This is the final thrilling installment in a sizzling new erotic romance series by Jayne Blue. It contains strong sexual content and is intended for mature readers.

Winning the war means opening your heart.

Torrid Book 3 (Torrid Trilogy) by Jayne Blue
What a series – this one will not disappoint you. It is action packed with so much plot twists that you don’t know where the author is taking you. It is a journey that crashes down on each character in different ways. Tora has been deceitful so she can get to the truth and free someone close to her. The truth, however has cost her Jack and by the looks of it her own freedom. Jack cannot come to terms with what Tora has uncovered. In his shock he did not fore full his promise to her. Has he lost her forever? Seth has played his trump card or has he? Will it all backfire on him? Will he still secure his senate seat? Dex is close to his freedom but at what cost for Tora? So much happens in this book and Ms Blue captures your attention. This was a fantastic series. After you have finished you can continue with the new series Great Wolves MC Series which picks up Dex’s story. What a great series.

Sexy, suspenseful, surprisingly strong

Tora represents all of the characteristics of an independent woman whose life experiences have left her skeptical to trust others until she meets Jack Manning. Their relationship is sexy yet tumultuous and suspenseful to the end. Supported by an increasing cadre of strong, caring people, they work through the issues that threaten to engulf and destroy them. Great read.

Wow! What a great ending to this series!! Be warned, if you haven't read books 1 & 2, do not read this review!

Picking up right where the last book left off, Tora is now experiencing what she assumes her father felt when he was wrongly accused and sent to jail. Seth is more upset about how this will affect his political career, and the information that Tora has turned up in the Manning Mansion has taken Jack out of her corner. Tora is once again alone and struggling with not only how to free her father, but also how to get herself out of this latest mess. So much happens in this book that you won't believe, but you won't be able to put it down. I read it until I fell asleep for a few nights--just too good. Jayne Blue has a definite way of capturing the reader's attention and maintaining it for the entire ride.

After you read the Torrid Trilogy, you need to go straight into the Great Wolves MC series--first book is about Tora's father Dex.

The End! Wow what a great ride!

Book 3 had more favorites, besides Chicago and hot sexy alpha men there were Harleys! And Harley riding bikers! I was so happy I didn't need to wait for book 3 to be released. I am not a patient person. When the storyline has great element like mystery, suspense, love and hot sex then I must keep reading. All 3 books had me reading non-stop well until my eyes were getting heavy last night but first thing this morning I was awake and finishing book 2. You must read these in order. But I will tell you these are great books to read. It's not just erotica there is a great storyline here. Complete with murder and corruption.

Well, this series ended with lots of action and a set-up for another series. It cleaned up the story of Tora and Jack, no cliffhanger. The epilogue set-up a spinoff series for the Great Wolf MC guys, beginning with Dex, Tora's father.

Once again, book three picked up right where the previous book left off. The action doesn't let up for a minute and there are a lot of loose ends to tie up. I'm not going to say that I was particularly surprised by anything, but it was interesting to see how it was all pieced together. There were a couple things that I didn't think would pan out as they did. Tora's dad, Dex, was a great addition.

I loved everything about this series! This is my first time reading this author and I look forward to reading more by her. She just knows how to write and bring you into the story line. I felt like I was part of all the books. I felt the characters and understood the pain. I was definitely an emotional wreck through the books and I loved every minute of it! If you have not read this series, I highly recommend you do!

Book #3, was just a quick read. The story moved very fast. The story continues with Tora, being locked up for a few days. Seth has disappeared. Jack has told her he wants nothing more to do with her! Jack looks into his father's papers and documents, and talks with some people who knew his father. Jack finally realizes Tora was telling the truth. Will he be able to help her and keep Seth away??

Erotica with a real storyline! A nice change. Obviously I enjoy my romance books - just look at my book list and you can see that! I love mystery too. This was a nice combination of the two. While it was graphic and raunchy, for once I felt like the storyline was not contrived merely to add pages between sex scenes as happens in so many books that are out now.
Tora and Jack are steamy and exciting. They are also smart and likeable. They are separated only by their desire to right a wrong. Despite ending up in opposite sides they struggle through and make it work.
Not much more I can add without providing spoilers. I just want to say I really wanted to hear more about Jack's dad. I hope there is more to that than we are left with.
