Sneha and Tara met at a pub few years back and since then they have not let the distance between them an issue. One a middle class working girl from Delhi and the other a rich socialite from Mumbai… Sneha and Tara are a duo. Sneha tries to set Tara up with a friend at a party but Tara ends up in the arms of a sinfully handsome man instead. Dheeraj is everything a girl could ask for and he and Tara come to terms with an arrangement between them. On the other hand, Sneha is on her way to break her track record of loving and leaving men as she falls for struggling model.
With novellas, I often find that there is not enough build-up of the characters and characters are one of the most important facets of any novel/novella. Weak characters often ruin a perfect plot and strong characters can usually carry through weak plots. In this case, I was taken by surprise by the author. There is very little background about the characters… The author has given out most information on Tara and yet it is like we do not know her completely at any point of time. The surprising part is that it actually works with the plot. The intrigue of not knowing everything, but just enough keeps the story flowing and actually builds up towards the climax. Lots of hot and sexy scenes that is both sensual and erotic.
Do not mistake this latest by ‘Quickies’ to be just an erotica. With sizzling hot chemistry and a twist in the end, this book is a perfect read for a rainy afternoon.

A quick read through on my kindle. It's premise is exciting and the plot lives upto the same.
Would love to see the authoress try a different genre.

I usually don't read erotica much, but I decided to give Dark Temptations: The Naughty Proposal! a shot anyway as it was a quick read. What I liked most about the story was its ending. What happened at the end, I saw that coming, but knowing books, you know it never goes that way you see it in your head. So while the twist was very interesting, it wasn't new for me because I predicted that something of the sort would happen. Nonetheless, I was just glad that the story didn't end in a traditional way.
The Naughty Proposal! is the story of four people: Sneha, Tara, Abhimanyu and Dheeraj. All of them are portrayed as independent people looking for a good time. The story starts out at amazing party host, Sneha's house. Sneha finds herself hooking up with the very hot Abhimanyu and she tries her best to convince her friend Tara to hook up with another hottie, Dheeraj. While things don't go as planned, they eventually end up going on a very predictable path.
The Naughty Proposal! goes from the point of view of all the characters, but mostly from Tara and Dheeraj's points of views in third person. There was hardly a time when we go into Abhimanyu's head, which was odd, because every other character got some say. Then again, at the same time, I feel a lack of his point of view was needed to keep the story slightly mysterious. Like I said at the very beginning, the end of the book was quite the surprise and ended up making the book a quick and decent read.

Well, I’m not a fan of erotica at all but I found this book in my shelf and I don’t even remember whether I picked this up from a store or somebody gifted it to me. I was just looking to kill time and this novel contains 90 pages only so I just began reading it and I thought it’ll end in the usual ways most of the stories do but to my surprise, it had an unconventional plot twist at the end which I definitely didn’t see coming. Giving it 3 stars only because this genre is not to my liking while I am certain that the Author could do well in thrillers and mysteries too.

Simple story adult content hi fi life style..But in well.written climax not able understand how Tara knows Abhimanyu...?
Suspense is good but out of bloom....
Only this part was bad but other thing was ok...It's one time read in one go..

Naughty Proposals is a story of four people looking for some excitement in life without falling in trap of unnecessary love affairs. Basically the story revolves between the relation of Tara and Dheeraj. They work passionately in their respective professional fields, plan for a surprise meet now and then to explore each other on sexual grounds. For them life was meant to enjoy to the fullest but soon, it became addiction.
On the other hand, the connoisseur of these kinds of activities, Sneha, falls in love with Abhimanyu and things starts to jumble up in their lives.
Coming on to the storyline. Except the climax parts, nothing was there that could hook you till the very end. There were some really good erotic scenes between Tara and Dheeraj, but when we talk about characterization, author totally forgot to work on it.
It’s a pretty short book and you can enjoy it on a short journey or on lazy weekends, don’t expect anything exceptional, just wait till the climax, though that is just okay because you can predict that coming if you are in to the story and not carried away by your sexual hormones.
