I thought that this was a disappointing read. For the first half of the book I kept thinking I had already read this story, then I realised that the story kept reminding me of "You Only Spy Twice" by Hart and Varengo. There was a distracting amount of odd phrasing (or the wrong word used) as well as several continuity issues, something that editing should be able to ameliorate. Despite my willingness to suspend belief for the sake of a good story, the plot made little sense to me at times.
