I love the back and forth way this book is written between TKR and Delks. It makes for an easy read as you feel like you are going through the process of “Getting Better” with them right by your side. Each chapter ends with reflective questions to help you think through the process. You also get to hear how TKR grew under Delks leadership and how the idea for Camp Better was developed.
I'll be honest; self help books aren't my thing, and if I had to define my religious beliefs, the closest thing would be Agnostic, so a lot of this book didn't really hit for me.
But I'm biased. TKR is one of my favorite Purdue players, so I've gotta give it 5 stars. My favorite parts were when he recalled and referred to specific games from his career.
