I read the box set straight through to the end in one sitting. The story is hot, sexy, a little suspenseful and just too good to put down! The story is about Ali who while hiking in Yosemite National Park is found by Calt the Pack Master (alpha) of one of the two packs living in the Park. He decides she is his mate and he plans to keep her with him forever.
The next day she finds Jared outside Calt’s Den. Jared is now a grown sexy man, but used to be the boy she watched and drooled over white in junior high (and unbeknownst to her, he watched her too). Jared is the alpha of the rival werewolf pack living in Yosemite. He followed Calt when he recognized Ali was with the other aloha. While Calt and his den mates sleep (they are nocturnal and Ali isn’t yet), Jared steals her away for a day of play.
Exciting events take place that add some suspense to the story as we discover along with Ali the joy of coming into our own power.
The characters surround Ali, Calt and Jared are well developed, the story is beautifully written and not just full of sex scenes. It has plenty of hot and steamy sex scenes, but there is so much emotion too.
I love Faleena’s Cocker Family books, and this menage story is just as awesome.

I loved this series, I'm a fan of werewolves and menage a trois, so what is not to love!

Wow, a great end to an exiting series. Never a dull moment. I have to admit I had moments when I was not happy the way the story was going. But I could not put it down and waited with little patience for the next part. I am not going to say if I am happy with the ending--but read and make up your own mind. I'll tell Ms Hopkins. Okay--I am very happy with the ending.
This was a tough go. I was in love with both Alphas as they vied for Ali's attention. I sometimes was angry at her for succumbing to them, darn, who could resist those sexy hot shifters in or out of wolf form. I absolutely loved the interplay between the packs. Yes there was reason for discontent, but basically all the members of both packs (well most of them) were loyal worthy people.
You will see growth, family loyalty, caring and willingness to change from the old ways when new ones are better. The question as the triangle battles of wills and emotion goes on, can any of them change? Will it tear their pack families apart? Are they willing to make changes that better them all or demand the superiority of their Alpha natures?
Read it and the whole series--you won't be sorry. If you want to use Kindle Unlimited you will most likely have to buy it for future rereads, cause this is a keeper.

Great episode Part 5. We pick up after her big shift !! Ali has found her place in the pack, but now she has decisions to make and Red is back in the mix. Things with the pack are different, and are happy, and changing, interesting and fun, too. Deep characters, a lot is happening. Some of the characters are deeply thought filled, and have true emotions. Different from most shifter tales. Calt has to find Ali. Two packs want for a chance at better lives. This series has romantic, erotic, hot sex. Big surprise near the end of this part was Ali's big shift. I really liked this story. This last one is the end, and a GREAT one !! . Maybe the author will give us a new series with more from the extended pack members. ENJOY !!!

Red convinces Ali to come with him and to choose to be with him. There's a storm in the mist and they need to find shelter so Red can rest. Ali knows he's in pain but he's trying to hide it from her maybe they made a wrong decision by leaving. Calt needs to to find his mate before it's to late. Will the three of them be able to work out their difference or will there be blood shed? Fighting the storm and trying to get his back back to safety it's going to be a long journey a head of him.

Great, fast read. Lots of fun. The prequel is a huge help to outline how things got the way they are. All books in the series were free when I downloaded them Memorial day weekend.

This was a good conclusion to the serial. It was about on par with the other installments in terms of characters, writing, sex scenes, and wrapped the main storylines.

What a great tale of strong personalities coming together as one. You can't beat a HEA especially when your heart broke earlier. I was intrigued by Ms. Hopkins way of explaining how some people who were not born weres become weres. Just fun and great!! You have to read.
