This is the 8th book in this phenomenal series, and this is Braxton and Vanessa’s story.
Vanessa is beaten and threatened by her sadistic stepbrother, to spy on the Black Roses MC, and the last person she expects to come face to face with is Braxton, whom she shared an unforgettable night with 5-years previously.
This is a well written easy to read, action packed story, with family dynamics, friendships, emotions, tension, lies, betrayal, loyalty, forced proximity, chaos, second chances, challenges, morally gray, humour, witty banter, making choices, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, twisted, and unpredictibale, addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

The eighth book in the Black Roses MC and I am not sure if I am ready to leave this world.
This book, like the others in the series, was a fantastic read. An edge of your seat story with a ton of tension, lies, betrayal, family, loyalty, and second chance, that kept me turning pages.
Vanessa is in a spot, her loyalty to family or Braxton. She had just found him again after a one night stand five years ago, where she left. The drama is delicious. Her conflict is the family she has found with the club, and her real family. Kate Randell does an amazing job of writing her no good, slimy stepbrother.
We get answers to the overarching theme throughout the series, and a hint where we are headed! I am looking forward to more.

I am so sad to see this series come to an end! Braxton was my second favorite in the series (sorry, but no one can top my book boyfriend Linc!). The spark between Braxton and Vanessa was immediate, but after a one night stand Vanessa bolted. Reunited years later Vanessa must choose if she wants to betray Braxton or save her family.
The drama, tension between Braxton and Vanessa, and the chaos that the MC (and Liam of course!) make this an awesome read. The pacing was great, and I was on the edge of my seat until the end. If you’re a fan of MC romances give this one a try, you won’t regret it!

The final installment in The Black Rose MC, Braxton by Kate Randall has arrived! I’m sad to see the series come to end, but what an end it is. As always, I recommend reading a series in order to get the most out of it, however each book can be read as a standalone in the interconnected world.
Braxton and Vanessa’s story is a tension filled romance that has its readers hanging on every last page. These two have a history, one that is hot and heavy and started with a one night stand of all things, but come on, their bikers, are you really surprised? But just like in Cinderella, a step-sibling comes in and causes havoc and mayhem in their wake. After meeting Braxton again years later, Vanessa is forced into a spy operation by her weasel of a step-brother. Do what he wants or he’s going to hurt her mother and her sister, what choice does she really have.
But Vanessa isn’t taking this blackmail lying down, no she has her own plan, she just wasn’t expecting for Braxton to still have so much power over her. Even after all these years, their chemistry is still piping hot. As Vanessa starts becoming more and more familiar in the club, she starts to see just how much Braxton really means to her, and his club. She doesn’t want to give her brother what he wants, but what other choice does she have?
Braxton and Vanessa’s story was definitely a good way to end the Black Rose’s series. These two clearly vibe for one another, their chemistry and banter is top notch, but Braxton can tell Vanessa is holding back, he just doesn’t know why. I think when it finally came down to it and Vanessa had to make the choice, one way or another it was going to cost her. These two together are an amazing couple, two people bound and determined to protect those that they love, and stop at nothing to ensure they are safe and loved.
Overall, I enjoyed the book and hope to see another MC series from this author. For readers looking for a morally gray MC series about bikers who protect their own and the badas* woman that loves them, then look no further, The Back Rose MC is where you wanna be.

Well, I lied to myself - I devoured it until I read "The End".
Braxton and Vanessa's initial meeting was a one-night stand where she leaves before he awakes. Five years later she is working for one of the Black Roses MC's dance clubs, and they meet again because Braxton sometimes works as club security. The chemistry is still present, and they decide they can have a no strings, no feelings, pseudo FWBs situation.
Unfortunately, Vanessa is forced by her stepbrother to spy on the club and provide intel. She is reluctant to agree but she has no choice since he threatens her mother's and sister's safely.
It's a catch 22 situation for Vanessa as the old ladies, prospects, and brothers all love her and it would be the ultimate betrayal if she passes along intel to her stepbrother.

I can't believe we're at the end of the Black Roses MC series, but what a way to go! 8 Books! Incredible!!
I absolutely loved how strong and fierce Vanessa was. Seriously, she's such a badass and Braxton better spend the rest of their lives on his knees for her - groveling, worshiping, eating! There were times when I wanted to smack him in the face for such stupidity, but that just tells you how invested in these fictional characters I became. Honestly, that first meet between Braxton and Vanessa was so steamy and set up a book I was eager to read from cover to cover. Because yes, I did stay up till 1am to finish it.
I appreciate the way this last installment furthered the story that overarches through the series, and clearly teases where we're headed next... and I'm so here for the ride!!

Vanessa and Braxton had great chemistry, and I loved seeing them find their way back to one another while navigating everything happening around them.
One thing I especially appreciated is that even though this is book eight in the series, I never felt lost. I hadn’t read the previous books, but I was still able to jump right in and enjoy the story.
Also… the groveling?

Final story in the Black Rose’s MC we get to see Braxton fall in love with a woman he never saw coming, Vanessa. When Vanessa is forced to spy and get to know the MC by her step brother she has no idea that she’ll come face to face with the unforgettable man one night from years ago. The men in Black Roses are protective of their family and the women who work in their club. As protection is given to Vanessa she sees what life could mean if she could get her mom and sister to safety. These two grow closer and become more than has them enjoying their relationship so when secrets, lies and trouble come their way it’s all tested!

I love a great MC storyline and this book did not disappoint!! The storyline is based on Braxton and Vanessa who meet each other one night and then don't see each other again for years until one night Braxton is called to his club's business - the strip club where a dancer (Vanessa) has been beaten up by her ex (or was she??)
The passion they felt for each other the one night they spent with each other, shows up again and there is no stopping it!
What I enjoyed about this book was the emotions, spic e🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️, the love, drama that drew you in.
This is a must read for all Kate Randall fans and new to Kate (like me!!)

Omg, I’m a total sucker for a second-chance romance, but throwing in a morally gray biker and a reluctant spy and I was completely gripped.
The tension between Vanessa and Braxton is off the charts, and that absolute gut-punch of a betrayal kept me up all night.
This is gritty, intense, and utterly brilliant, as you can guess, I couldn’t put it down.

Standing. Love this cute series. These couples and their humor always make me chuckle. I still think Lucy and Jude are my favorites. This one was cute but I kept waiting for that shoe to drop and I hated when it did as this is not a usually trope I enjoy. Overall well done though.

This book!!! I never wanted this series to end but Kate gave us an ending with this one!!! The Black Roses MC will always have a place in my heart as one of my favorite series ever! Braxton’s book definitely brought the heat and chemistry and I ate that up!! Can’t wait to see what’s coming next!

book eight in the The Black Roses MC. vanessa and braxton was last one but a goody. they have a incredible night together. years later they see each other. she has to spy on the Mc for her stepbrother. the sparks are still their. she’s falling for him but she has to choose family or love. i love the chemistry between them. off the charts.
